Fredrik did address this issue and the player did receive his first from pay out from Bingo Palace; we are still waiting for management to pay another outstanding approved payment this player had at Bingo Palace.
Since than, we have sent Fredrik two (2) more player complaints. Both from Bingo Vega! This program is working with us and GPWA to resolve these players issues. I will update this thread as needed!

I usually don't post when I am negotiating with a site for payment to a player, but its over a month and BigTime Revenue has not been successful at getting Mike Yates to fully pay off the claims we submitted. All we are receiving is a string of broken promises. It seems Mike could care less if he gets bad press here at GPWA. He must feel pretty secure that The GPWA will continue to carry his program (BTR)

My name is Mollyjo32713 on Bingo Vega. I was emailed by Bingo-Vega and given $25.00 deposited into my account to lure me back into playing on that site. Previously to this I played there in April of this year. So now It is end of July beginning of August. I got my $25.00 and started to play...well guess what I worked that $25.00 up to over 2100.00 wow what a great feeling...so I do my cash out on the 3rd of August and get an email from Dawn in accounting stating that they could not pay me out because I did not make a 25 deposit in 3 months. I sent her an email on the 5th of August asking for her to call me, she has not as yet only sent another note that they can not pay on the moneys due to the no deposit in 30 day rule. So I can not even make a deposit on this site because you have to have less than 100 in the account to deposit...so there it sits...my 2100 + $$ in an account that I cant use. I played for 3 days and racked up a lot of wins why wouldn't that money count as funds used?
Guess if is my fault should have read the rules cause if I had I would not be playing there ever. I play @ Bingomania frequently and have NEVER EVER had a problem with payouts, always prompt and courteous with payouts and emails.
So Dawn emailed me again yesterday and put the funds back into my account, I asked her if there was someone else that I should be speaking with and have not received a reply.
I guess the money is a loss cause I don't believe they will live up to their end of the bargain....they gave me money I used it and won lots of money and they get to KEEP IT? I guess if I had deposited I never would have even won anything.
Oh well don't know if there is anything you can do to help, but anything would be helpful. A lot of my friends know that I gamble on line and have visited sites that I recommend via Facebook, you can be assured that they will also know about this experience with BingoVega and to avoid this web site at all costs. Wish I had found your page earlier...
