CasinoClub now offers the PayPal payment method to German players with the added incentive of a deposit bonus and free spin giveaway
CasinoClub, a leading online casino with a special focus on the German speaking market, is pleased to announce the addition of the PayPal payment method for German players.
As of 3 December, all German residents will be able to make both deposits and withdrawals using PayPal, one of the most trusted and convenient methods of making payments and money transfers online.
Recognized as probably the most secure manner of online payment processing, German players are sure to welcome the addition of PayPal to CasinoClub’s list of payment options.
As is always the case at CasinoClub, there will be no fees charged for making withdrawals using PayPal, nor any time constraints or sum limitations.
In addition, to encourage players to try this new payment method, CasinoClub is offering players the added incentive of a special, one-time deposit bonus offer of up to €300 plus 99 free spins.

According to Assaf Allony, Head of Marketing at CasinoClub, “This is one of the most amazing promotions you’ll find in the online gaming industry: a higher bonus of €300 plus 99 free spins on our slots, is truly the best offer available on the market!"
The addition of the PayPal payment method is set to benefit both players and casino affiliates alike.

As Allony stated: "We are happy to be one of the first operations that accept PayPal as a withdrawal and deposit method and to offer this to our affiliates as an acquisition tool. By combining our impeccable reputation in the market over the past 11 years with the security of PayPal, we are opening the gates to users who wish to withdraw their winnings or deposit without using their credit card.”

I kinda expect PayPal to take online gambling by storm, like it did the rest of online commerce. How come that hasn't happened yet?

PayPal has always taken a no gambling stance publicly.

I know of specific instances where US Residents had their accounts closed due to connections with gambling.

They may be softening their pose slightly, but I honestly think the flood gates will not suddenly swing wide open with them until the entire outlook by the governement changes.

I do not understand Paypal. Ebay Germany force new members to pay or receive with Paypal only. The German banking supervision required from Paypal a real, acceptable banking license.

If Paypal again delivers with online casinos, in Germany sooner or later they come in big trouble.

Ebay Germany is dependent on Paypal.

Paypal probably want to nibble of the gambling cake, that Skrill has on the table.

PayPal (OWNED by eBay) is the official payment mechanism for eBay in all countries now I think.

I wonder if you are right that PayPal will eventually clamp down on the industry in countries such as Germany and others also.

Depending on how the climate goes in the US will depend on how they handle gambling in other countries.

Paypal makes more money in fees handling eBay payments then anything else they are involved in and if they feel the pressure from the DOJ they could easily clamp down like they did years ago.

They will do whatever it takes to protect what they do in the US since that is their core business.

    It's really a joke...
    Or crime...?

This is a quote of the GERMAN Paypal Terms & Conditions for GERMAN Paypal users.
Exactly those German Paypal users who are making Paypal deposits and withdrawals in (forbidden) online casinos like Casino Club.

    In English.........

    Prohibited Activities

You may not use the PayPal service for activities that:

    6. Gambling and / or gaming activities, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, skill games and other activities, games of chance, games of skill (regardless of whether legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes permit if the operator prior no received written approval from PayPal and the operator and has customers located exclusively in jurisdictions where such gambling activities are permitted by law.
    Source: cms.paypal.com/en/cgi-bin/?cmd=_render-content&content_ID=ua/AcceptableUse_full

In Germany Casino Club and most other casinos have no gambling license.

    So.....

    "are permitted by law" ????

    Not in Germany...

    Paypal, what are you doing?

Only 20 companies will get a license because of the new gambling law in Germany. I wrote today exactly about this topic an article on my blog: https://www.roulettezeitung.com/repre...spieler/00516/

Licences go to 888 Poker, bet-at-home, bwin, bet365, betfair, Cashpoint, Ladbrokes, mybet, Tipico, Skill on Net, Pokerstars and the German company "OnlineCasino Deutschland GmbH" who will open the "1st legal German online Casino".

Skrill for example will be forbidden for German Players who want to play at these "licensed" Companies.

Paypal should stick to their own terms & conditions.

As an Ebay user, I am very satisfied with Paypal.

But creep back into gambling through the back door can take just a bad end.

    For the German Paypal Users!

    Hello,

eBay puts its new payment system for Germany on ice.
    Why?
New users will be forced to complete the transaction only through Paypal.
    But ...
The German Financial Supervisory Authority BaFin wanted a license under the Payment Services Oversight Act.
    Paypal has not.
The Internet giant would then acquire a license from the Luxembourg financial CSSF.
    But that did not work.
Ebay now puts everything on hold.
    Gambling and Paypal ...
No license accepted by German Supervisory Authority...
I can tell which way the wind is blowing.

    Interesting development.

Ebay will likely not do very well in the country because of this.

They will probably not advertise as much to draw traffic, and those that do buy through eBay will not have the same protection as they do with PayPal.

    Hello,

Affilate Club = Casino Club and Casino Club = Affiliate Club
Webmaster / Player = One single...

Not only, that Paypal = Ebay Germany maby have to work together with the police in the future...

    Because online gambling is forbidden...

All German Paypal players get busted in this szeneario...

There is a loophole with which Casino Club never have to pay out big profits:

The Company reserves the right to immediately close the account of any User who uses unauthorized programs such as “bots? or any other illegal software that gives the User unlawful advantages, and to void all winnings from those accounts.
    Source: en.casinoclub.com/casinoclubtermsandconditions.aspx

In 2008 Casino Club refused to pay out 167.500 Euros with this bot loophole. It was a big story in Germany and international.

    An example: thegamblinggurus.com/2010/09/casino-club-uses-loophole-in-law-to.html

    More facts: online_casino_news.hundredpercentgambling.com/2009/03/casino-club-confiscates-25000-euro.htm

They switched the management (how many times?) but this bot loophole still exist and in the recent years, the Casino Club has lost a lot of prestige by the German players.

German players will be called at home from the Casino Club, if they do not play a long time. They get unwanted letters at home.

How the wife reacts when she opens the letters or answered the phone and know nothing of the gambling of their loved ones ...

    Irresponsible!

I know of no other online casino who is doing these things.

And then the Paypal risk for the German players.

We all want to earn money.

    But players are also people.

About those things a representative have to be able to speak openly, because grievances can be abolished....

    I thought...

(Barking the right way? I don't think so.)

My discussion with a representative from Affiliate Club (in German): https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/nur-im-au...tml#post721622
