    Default Payments

2 question (I'm new to the Betfred programme):

    1. What date are payments actually sent? Is it that they should arrive before the 20th or they are sent on the 20th? Obviously the 20th is a Sunday this month hence I ask.

    2. If I'm non-tax registered do I need to do anything to get paid? Ive submitted all my bank details, do I need to do anything else?

    Cheers

Hello guys, I'm new at this forum. I have a problem with Tropicana Gold Casino about withdrawal money. They don't pay my money for 17 days. What should I do? Please help me about it.

Hi JPT&T -Betfred usually pay toward the end of the month, I'm not sure on the exact date. From what I understand, if a payment date falls on a weekend, it is paid on the first weekday after so Sunday would be paid on the Monday.
Bank details should be fine for payment. I've never had a problem with Betfred.

You're better off advertising other bookmakers unless you want your rev share to be dropped to 10% or your account closed when you don't send them enough players if you're new:

They will also potentially cross promote your players to other brands without giving you credit:
    https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/forum/betfred-p...it-218083.html

They also generate a lot of chargebacks when compared to other brands for some affiliates:

Just restating what has been discussed on the GPWA already. Many new affiliates make the mistake of advertising poor brands and programs so I would advise you to do your research first - it will be the difference between success and not in the future.

But onto your original questions - if you're in the UK you'll need to registered as self-employed with HMRC. You can be employed by a company (in your day job) and be self employed at the same time. You'll then need to submit tax returns each year, not complicated as a sole trader. You won't have to do one of these until after the year end (April 2015), so for now you can collect your earnings and register as self-employed and you're all above board pretty much.

    Hi JPT&T,

This month’s payments for Betfred should be processed on Monday. Payments are issued on/around the 20th of each month.
Please inbox me or contact your affiliate manager if you have any questions.

    Thanks,
    Cherelle.

    JPT&T,
Be sure to check your "Payments" report in the Income Access system. Your earnings report for June will show earnings now, but your payment report may differ once the Betfred finance department deduct any chargebacks. It's sent us into negative territory for the majority of the last 9 months:

And you forgot to mention that they do not even convert that well compared to other bookmakers like Coral, Victor Chandler and Sky Bet.

I don't think that one's fair, I know this has become a Betfred-slagging thread and each of us have our own beef with respective bookies, but the accusation that Betfred don't convert as well as other bookies is plain wrong.

In my experience I find they convert much, much better than Skybet and Victor Chandler and are about equal with Coral who also convert well.

Maybe each of us have our own methods, target customers and different site types, so the best thing you can say is Betfred don't convert well for YOU. As a general statement it's just wrong.

More importantly, has anyone received payment yet for June?

In my experience they convert nothing like Coral.

Here is what I was getting on one of my sites when changing the main link.

    BetFred 16 depositors a month

Sky Bet 25 depositors a month

Victor Chandler 35 dositors a month

    Coral 4 - 6 depositors a day, and sometimes 10.

I have also come across many affiliates who have said their conversions with BetFred are nothing like other bookies.

I stand by my original statement, that they don't convert well for YOU is your own experience. My experience is extremely different.

And I stand by mine, in a none bias way, just as a person who wants to help other genuine affiliates. Some people on here seem to stick by BetFred through thick and thin, no matter what they do.

I make a good amount of money off BetFred, however I do not like the way they treat small affiliates, we have all started there. This however has nothing to do with the fact that it is not the best converter. I am no small time affiliate who has a few crappy websites, I have many websites, and in my time promoting many bookmakers, BetFred has been one of the lower converting. It is not a pop at BetFred, it is simply a fact.

OK, I understand. I also agree quotas and reducing rev shares are generally bad things that none of us want to see. If they stopped doing that I think they'd get a lot of credit for seeing that it's a negative decision and is only going to give them a bad name in the long run, no matter what the cost saving.

On the conversions thing, we'll have to agree to disagree
