It is very simple.
This is another failed sponsor with business practices of unreliable amateurs.
There are no excuses for non-payments, delayed payments or cutting off the communication channels.
Is this industry a mental asylum?
Some say "Yes" within a blink of an eye.
Others with shaking voice say "Hopefully not" and start to pray.
Only unqualified individuals shows such a behavior.
Here in Germany such a behavior is unthinkable.
Once again: No excuses!
And ... it is very simple:

"Pays [...] affiliates [...] promptly in accordance with published terms and conditions. Promptly responds to complaints [...] by affiliates"

I have a worry, I have written and no replies.

do you have any info on 100affiliates payments? they owe me earnings from january and I still haven't received any reply from them..

I received the payment too. I put it on the payouts of March 2017.

FT received, however january comm from 100affiliates still not received. Celena said FT & 100affiliates are "the same house", who should I contact then for missing payment, fast track? I've sent email to [email protected] and still no answer.
