    Default Payment Issues

RE: Affiliate - [email protected] Payment Status

Hello, I have tried to email you a couple of times about this but have not received a response. I currently have WIRE TRANSFER selected as my payment method.

In December I received an email saying I was due $567.50 and that payments were going out that same day which was 12/21/07.

I also recieved another email saying I am due $189.15 on 1/21/08 and that payments were going out immediately.

I also could swear I had a check of over $1000 due from quite a while back (could have been as far back as 2005) but I believe it was lost in the mail or never cashed. I also sent an email about this at the time but never received a reply.

I have had WIRE TRANSFER selected as my payment method for quite some time, now, but I checked and double checked and these payments were definately not received by my bank.

So I just need to know what happened to these payments of $567.50 (12/21/07), $189.15 (1/21/08 ) , and the much older check of over $1,000 (likely from 2005 or 2006) that was lost/never cashed? I may be wrong about the last check (was getting checks at the time) but am 95% certain that it was lost in the mail or I lost it and didn't cash it.

COULD SOMEONE LOOK INTO THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO SEE IF ALL PAYMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS ENTIRE TIME PERIOD?

Alternately I could could change my payment option to check but I really would prefer a wire transfer.

If someone could look into this and get back to me soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated.

    Sincerely,

    S. Nelson / [email protected]

    Hi Tess.

First, sorry for any trouble contacting us. Make sure any local or server spam filters are set to accept @cashwave.com e-mail.

I will contact our accounting department on this issue. Wire transfers can have very small things that prevent them from going through. Most of the time the bank never even tells us there is an issue.

As for a check from 2.5-3 years ago, that is harder. I will see what we can find.

Please, in the future, contact me as soon as there is a problem.

    Regards,
    Sean
