Payment Issue (resolved)

Please can GPWA help me with a payment issue with BetVictor affiliates. I do not like having to write this on a forum, but I feel that I need some assistance.

I am owed September commissions, a sizable amount for me. It was not received in the October Payment run. I waited until the end of the month and asked why it was not paid, they replied that there was an error with Moneybookers on the 8th October. They did not inform me of this, until I asked. I cannot see why there would be a problem with MB as they have paid me before and other programs have no issues.

Anyway I agreed to let them pay me on the November Payment run, again payment not received.

I was then promised payment early this week, payment not received again.

I have been extremely patient with them and they are taking advantage. As they are a GOLD sponsor program will it be possible for someone at GPWA to talk to them for me.

I've requested and received additional information from the original poster (account ID, etc.). I have now sent an email to my main BetVictor contact asking her to look into this case.
