What is going on with payments for November activity? It occurs to me that these payments should have been made about 9 days ago.

So last month I was far from impressed with being paid on the 19th of the month...
For the better part of the last few years, I've been critical of payment dates with many programs & yours (fairly) was included in my critical comments.
I've cited that while there is no payment terms spelled out for a firm payment date, there is certainly implications and expectations set in your affiliate site and in the affiliate FAQ's. If the FAQ's set expectations, then it is reasonable to take those expectations (that your program has established) as policy.
I happened upon your site's FAQ today and noticed new wording on it addressing the FAQ "When do I get paid?". It now reads as follows:
Considering you've taken the step to clarify your policy in the FAQ (which I do applaud with one hand), I must clarify with the other hand that this policy is still factually incorrect."Commissions are calculated monthly and we make every effort to process payments quickly, usually by the 10th day of the subsequent month for the previous month’s activity, however we do allow for 14 working days. You do not need to raise an invoice to receive payment, simply select your preferred payment method, fill in the correct details and we will take care of the rest! The minimum payment threshold for most methods is ?0. For International Bank transfers is ?00" - source
In 2016, we received twelve payments from Coral.
By the numbers:
2 times payment was received on or before the tenth of the month. In both of these two instances (out of twelve months), payment was received on the 10th.
6 times payment was received on or before the 14th of the month but after the 10th of the month.
4 times payment was received AFTER the 14th of the month.
Conclusions
Two times out of 12 (in 2016) payment was made by the 10th of the month. Thus, the wording of "usually" in the phrase "usually by the 10th day of the subsequent month for the previous month’s activity" is not accurate. This should be changed to ideally or optimistically.
The end of that phrase, "however we do allow for 14 working days." needs to be revisited. By my working calendar, the 21st of the month falls beyond the 14th working day of the month.
Concluding Commentary
To your credit, you do manage to get payments out before the end of the month. However, when your company is sending me random emails asking for more exposure (from people other than our affiliate manager) and when these people are citing statistics that they were once happy with - those people need to take the above into consideration as to why it might be that you're not listed as our top program. Our top programs are player friendly (you are too) and they meet/exceed the expectations set by their program's website. Said another way, their program does exactly what it says it will do on the tin.
Finally, I will take this opportunity to respectfully request that you press the payment button before you leave for the day. This way, the payment can be received by the affiliates tomorrow (on the tenth). Doing so would eliminate the need to change the wording on the FAQ, as it would be factually correct for 2017 and would also go a reasonably long way in showing affiliates who are paying attention that you're committed to meeting expectations that you've set.
"Usually" is not the case this month either.

Good work as always Shay. I wonder what they are doing for the three weeks, staring at the screen? Any idea what Coral's fees are?
