Password changed without permission

Today I tried to log in to check if I met the minimum earning to finally get the money owed and what do I see? My password has been changed. I didn't change it as it's been the same for years.

This leads me to believe something is wrong at c-planet or they finally closed my account and didn't bother to pay me the remaining earnings.

Have you tried the forgot password link?

I don't recall if it changfes it and sends you one or if it sends you the current password.

I went through the same thing a few weeks ago and thought the worst, that my account was hacked or something. Come to find out they changed all affiliate passwords bc of some new password algo or something.

So I don't think you have anything to worry about, you just need to get the new pw from one of their reps and you can change it then.

Still, going in and changing our pw's is wrong. I got an email a few weeks back with the revised pw and then changed it to one of my choosing.

Side note, Ron is leaving C-Planet per a message he sent late last week. Looks like the beginning of the end over there imo.

The same happened to us a couple of weeks ago, C-Planet changed our password and e-mailed us the new one. In my opinion it sure is a bit strange since it's up to the affiliate to change the pw's and not the affiliate program.

I attempted to do the password recovery but the email just never showed up. Contacting these guys is like pulling teeth as well. I'm pretty sure it is all but over for these guys.
