No Response to Emails (Resolved)

Just a warning to other Affiliates that these guys don't reply to emails.

I have emailed my Affiliate Manager Marina numerous times and get no response.

I then emailed Tim - one of the Affiliate Managers and still no response.

I am about to suspend them on my sites as I refuse to deal with programs that don't bother to respond to emails

Too many rogue programs out there messing with their partners. Hopefully, this program isn't one of them and once they see this thread, someone from their team will get back to you asap. Thanks for warning us.

I attached a screenshot, for some reason your email letter for me was in the spam folder, you didn't get a response because we didn't see it and it went into the spam folder.

The screenshot is of a baby ( cute baby by the way

) however I believe what you are telling me, but this still does not explain why your associate Marina is ignoring my emails and I know my emails to her did not go into her spam box as she replied to the first email and then stopped replying.

However, moving forward please advise who my Affiliate Manager is so that I can sort out the issue I have.

PS I do not want to deal with Marina.

We agreed with you about placement on two of your sites for 3 months - it was in February. We didn’t discuss renewal, since the traffic did not pay off. Regarding the lack of response: Marina looked for your letters and found them in SPAM, so she didn’t see them.
However, answering your questions from the letters: unfortunately, for now we can’t pay you fixed fee, but we can offer you RevShare deal if you’re interested.

Thanks for your reply. However there is a bit of confusion because at no point have I asked you for a fixed deal.

Seeing that you have already posted private details about our deal - I will explain further...

My agreement with Marina was a prepayment which was deductable off of future revenue, and once you got your listing fee back, the account would then revert to a normal revshare agreement.

This was Marina's email in February when the deal was done:

What I have been querying all along is that when I login to the stats - it is showing nil revenue generated for all the depositing players that we delivered, so how can I see how much revenue has been paid back? ( and this is from February to date - way more than 2 months )

I then got this email from Marina in August when I queried why no figures were showing

She then stopped replying to emails ( which is when my emails must have gone into her junk folder..... )

All I have been asking all along is that the commission amounts for the depositing players be reflected on the stats instead of nil figures, so that I can see how much of the 1K has been paid back before I start receiving normal revshare.

I see Marina has now sent me an email as she also said my emails had gone to her junk mail, so I will reply directly to her.
