I applied for your program three times and only received an auto generated confirmation email and that was 2 months ago, can you please help me out.

I was replied to in less than a day from 7red. I talked by Skype with Jen for a half hour. Good Gal, I'd say. Not quite informed about the payment methods they offer. I hesitate to place such a young site on my portal. Bit I am most likely going to do it. has anyone had any payments from them yet? I will be glad to keep the forum posted about the progress I will be having with them. i have just started postiing here even though I joined a while ago. I am new at being an affiliate (14 months now) I am beginning my USA casino section. I have been with international casinos up till now. This month I have been shaking down USA software programs and affiliate programs to see what would be good for me. I am a mac compatible site. I am a part time artist and just have a hard time liking most USA software graphic quality. I find Betsoft very sweet indeed. 7red has no-registry with free play on Betsoft. The only AFP with Betsoft that I am awre of. BUt I am worried about their handling of players and affiliates. So lets keep an eye open on them and see what they are made of. CommissionAccount also has betsoft and has been in biz a longtime. But I do not see them on the approved affiliate list. Thank you all for your input.

Well it has been a week or so since I posted about 7red. In the mean time I tried registering as a player at the casino and could not. The registration system kept giving me problems. I emailed support twice and received no response. It seams to me that these guys have no clue as how to run a casino. But if they want to learn I feel they need to apply themselves, more and sencerly try and get with it. So I am left with wanting a simple casino with their Betsoft software slots that can do the job. As it stands i am going with Commisionaccount.

What kind of problems did the system give you? I hear about problems with that for the first time.

We have live chat support. Did you try to use it?

A few questions please.

1: What are processing fees for?

2: All payments are converted to Euros?

3: Are there any other payment options besides wire?
I'm not really cool on giving out my wire info just yet.

4: You do plan on paying affiliates as I can't verify from any affiliate they have been paid?

I dont see any infrastructure to calculate commisions. You need a 3rd party handling the commisions or I wont be able to trust the payouts.

And yes I did contact live chat and sent an email. There was no answer in live chat and the email was not responded too.

I have sent ido an email to contact me. I would like to talk about commisions, tracking, USA deposit options and other things. I sent Jen an email two days ago but no reply. Maybe she is no longer working with you.

I like Betsoft software. I could really get behind them if I felt I had a casino behind me.

I gave up on these guys a while ago. I wonder if any affiliates have received commissions. By goshh they are on the Affilaite Program list.. on top if it actually. Has ANYONE got recent word on how they are doing? I am simply curious.

Ok then That is good to hear. I am now focused on live rather than NetEnt slot games or any slots for that mater. You were offering the 3D games of Betsoft... I really liked their games. I see 5 new ones i have not reviewed. I will hopefully get back to slots in mid 2012. I will look you up.
So you guys taking on live play anytime soon? I just visited your site... looks good. Lots of languages and I see your lady friend still has her smoke lite. I wish you well.

We had some issues with free games this month. It has been fixed and we added a pop-up that increases conversion. You will see better results now!
