Hey there, sent you an email, sorry for the delay
Hello Jenica, why are you and Louie not answering any of your affiliate partners emails to you guys?
There are several of us that have been trying to get in touch with you guys there since Dec. 8th 2015 as you can see here...

Are you guys going Rogue?
When can we expect to receive our December 2015 affiliate earnings?

There's a boatload of affiliates in that thread at AGD that I posted above that have still not been paid for December 2015 commission, including myself.

Anyone received December 2015 affiliate commissions yet? Looks like they are 2 months past due with affiliate payments now.
They still owe us both Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 affiliate commission payments.
How long can a program stay a Gold Sponsor here when they are 2 months behind on affiliate payments?

I have been in contact with Firebrand Affiliates, they did have issues that prevented the payments from going out, but are now beginning the payment process. If they do not follow through they will be removed.

-Here's the email response I just got back from Jenica-
"Hi Rob,
We have finally got BOS to update the earnings and the new amounts reflected in the backoffice are the recalculated amounts.
Parallel with that we have manually re-calculated your commissions as defaulting them to 5% revenue share due to our minimum activity requirement.
As your commissions calculated as per above are under the wire minimum of $250 i.e $44,32, they will be rolled over in the next month.
Please let me walk you through the computation:
Total commissions for Dec and Jan: $354.58 (can you please let me know where you see $600 so I can double check)
Based on our terms and conditions and minimum activity requirement, that amount is recalculated as on 5% revshare and total payable now is $44.32.
That is below $250 minimum for wire and is being rolled over to the next month earnings.
I do apologize for the delay one more time and hope this clears all the issues
Thanks,"
Just for the record, there was No "Minimum Activity Requirement" in the T's & C's when we originally signed up to this Gold Sponsor and started promoting them a few years ago!

So basically - Firebrand is delaying payment, affiliates are reducing their exposure as a normal, natural reaction to not being paid timely (per the terms and conditions), and then the program is reducing commissions for not producing enough activity?
What a **** show...

This kind of shitheads are Gold Sponsor? Pay sponsorship but not pay players and affiliates?

I have been hearing from affiliates that the are now being paid and that is a good thing. However, enforcing an activity quota during a period of delayed payments to affiliates is reprehensible. Their actions made a bad situation worse. I have just expressed my thoughts to Firebrand concerning this and hope common sense prevails and they reconsider their position.

There was NO Activity Quota in the Firebrand Terms and Conditions when we originally signed up there back in April 2012. This is a retroactive and predatory term that they added to their T's & C's in August 2015 as you can see in the Wayback links I have posted below. The Wayback only goes back to May 2014.
NO Minimum Referral Requirement - https://web.archive.org/web/20140507...onditions.html
Added Minimum Referral Requirement - https://web.archive.org/web/20150813...onditions.html
*There was NEVER an Opt-In for this new Minimum Referral Requirement!
This bunch is Rogue!
Is it OK for Gold Sponsors to add retroactive and predatory terms to affiliate accounts?
Is this actually addressed in their Gold Sponsor contract here?

They also paid me 5% commission for November. for December, I brought them a new depositor so they paid me my regular reshare % this 5% term is retro-active and was NOT in place when I signed up in 2012. if they want to add that term which still sucks to new signups. fine but not for affiliates that have been working with them for years. its a shame because there retention is good.
