    Default No one home? Player issues ignored.

    Hey Luck3 team... or is there one? No one answers emails, I sent one up in regards to a player issue on June 1, here we are on June 4 and no response.

    Sent you all an email on May 4 and STILL no response.

    Have a player who is unhappy and trying to help and he can't get satisfaction. All he wants is a cash out, he has sent his ID in numerous times and is still waiting.

    Not good guys, you used to be fast in responding, now the lights are on but no one is home, it appears that way at least.

    Someone I know well, and trust completely, posted this warning today...

    Anyone promoting LUCK3 Poker or Casino - please be aware rumor has it they may be shutting down. Staff has not been paid and apparently cake may remove them as a skin.
    Not 100% confirmed - but just in case best to treat it as a real possibility - Please protect your players guys if you promote this group!!

    Bruce did you get any email replies yet? We have generated a little bit of revenue with them and if this is indeed true then I need to update things to reflect this.

    Also since they are a sponsor program maybe someone from here can see what's going on? After reading the terms for sponsor programs it would appear they have broken those terms unless I didn't read them right.

    No, no email responses. I have 2 players that have been waiting for a payout for nearly a month. I have a $50 error in my account that no one will respond to as well.

    I have placed a warning on all of my sites that had luck3 on them. This includes a warning on the top line of every blog I ever wrote for them. Also have added the warnings on the forum and blacklist pages.

    Still no one appears to care. Will be moving from player warning to blacklist by the end of the week unless something is done.
