New Email Marketing Provider

We are looking for a new Email Marketing provider who is happy to accept gambling related content within the newsletters.

We have tried several companies but have had our accounts blocked due to the gambling content.

Is anyone able to help and let us know if there are email marketing providers who are happy for this content?

Aweber allows it, been using them for a while now and no issues RE gambling related content.

As we have discussed openly with everyone in the industry we are no longer promoting AffPower. If you look at our offers page you will see they are not there: www.ihreconsulting.com/offers/

Isn't this private information? Like when did the user subscribe/unsubscribe and so, and if did he subscribe at all?

It may be considered as a private information, but I don`t see any possible way it may harm anyone(I mean in this particular situation). Maybe you have any ideas?

I also get a constant barrage of solicitations to an email account associated with domains...

I never subscribed so after 30 or 40 they should have stopped but it's been going on forever...

Asking someone to unsubscribe from mailings not subscribed to is not permission based marketing...it is mailing to a compiled list of email addresses.

If I were to be interested in your offer (which I am not) I would use a different email address then the one you solicit.

With regards to the AffPower page we have now removed this.

We were unaware of how well the page was ranking considering it was not linked to the site - you would have to know the URL to be able to find it.

So we can confirm that we have now removed this page as we do not work with this Affiliate Program

Rick, have you ever unsubscribed or asked us to not contact you? As if this was the case we would have dealt with it and you would not have heard from us again.

I have located your details in our system - would you like us to remove you completely?

Unsubscribing from mailings never subscribed to??

The "need" to unsubscribe means the email account is subscribed, and if the email account is subscribed without express permission to start with it is not permission based marketing.

A lot of them do not have problems with gambling, as long at it doesn't generate too many complaints.

Since you`ve proven everyone that I`m an unprofessional affiliate manager, you might want to teach me a lesson? I am still curious how the disclosure of the particular fact that allfreechips has unsubscribed from IHRE in 2012 can possibly harm or compromise his security or reputation? Coming from your comment I assume that the answer to this question is obvious to you, so I would be happy if you share your thoughts with me and other GPWA members.
