Melbet Payment delayed more than 3 months

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a good contact at Melbet? Our first payment is delayed going onto 3 months now. My affiliate manager is trying his best, but seems head office is either ignoring him or he is not getting through to the correct person(s).

FYI as an update.

1. Kaya has not responded yet.

2. I have heard back from 2 other Melbet managers. Turns out they are not able to pay via bank transfer to a business bank. I have been told this is impossible. The only way to be paid is to register a Melbet player account and then request a withdrawal. This presents 2 issues. Firstly, as a business this will then look like gambling winnings and not business revenue (not good). And secondly, if you are not in a country where Melbet operates, you are not able to register an account.

All in all...very frustrating, and looks like we won't be getting paid, and will need to stop working with them.

Is your commission in $? I am getting paid with automatic weekly payments to a "webmoney" account. Webmoney is very old, not at all efficient and simply not user-friendly but I eventually managed to set it up in a way that I get my hands on the money. Perhaps you can look into it.

interesting to see how this evolves, cause I would like to start promoting melbet - but at this conditions I highly doubt

100% will update when I have one. At this stage Kayla has said she can not help me, and can't say if affiliates can be paid by bank transfer. She has simply stopped replying to any messages.
I am waiting feedback from another contact there, but even they are not able to contact Melbet finance team directly (seems everyone needs to go via a third party to speak with Melbet finance in Hong Kong).
Let's see what happens by end of this week.

UPDATE:
Credit due where credit due. I have been told by every single Melbet affiliate manager I was able to get hold of that bank transfers are not possible. Kayla didn't bother responding or trying to assist so I wouldn't waste my time there. I eventually managed to get hold of a person called Denis on Telegram, who seems to work in the finance team. He has managed to sort out the payment for us and get us paid via bank transfer. So, yes it is possible. It does take time. But it is possible.

I am still waiting for money they owe me from October. They promised to pay, but they simply stopped replying to me. Even when GPWA Maria was involved (she also doe snot reply to me anymore).

I am still trying to get a response from them. On the last message (19th Jan 2022) kaya told me that she would remind management again . I will update you if I have any news.

The very last message I received from Kaya, after which she no longer responds to anything was, "Unfortunately, me or Denis can't help".
It seems she only likes the easy problems. Like I said though, I did manage to get paid, but only after going via finance directly

I was currently again asked to verify my payment method over email (without promise to be paid what I am owed). I already did the same over Telegram when they were promising to pay me.
