Angry MegaRush Affiliates SCAM - thieving practices...

After some time I logged into my account and to my surprise I saw that all the accumulated commission had been seized. Interesting... I had not even been informed of this... It may not be a large amount, but it gives food for thought for the future. Good luck with such a business!

I would also like to mention that in the past there were other problems, namely, after the change of the manager there was a change in the commission calculation - from a negotiated level (as a fixed commission, without additional conditions, lifetime deal) to a standard one. And, of course, I was not informed about this beforehand either. It was simply a unilateral decision of the new "account manager", who probably wanted to make money at our expense.

What makes me very suspicious is the fact that your earnings say "Expired" under the status column.
Why are they expired?! I would think it should at least say "Pending".

I was just looking through their site and you are actually under the minimum payment threshold of €300, like Triple7 has said.

Look under section 4 "How do I get paid?" On this link.

Yes, I'm aware that I'm under the payment treshhold, but the commission accmulated should be kept and carried forward... But not here... they just confiscate all pending stuff...

    Thanks,

I wondered if that is what it meant by expired.

Certainly not a good method to acquire and keep small affiliates.
If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly, then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

This is a complete joke and humiliation.

It is not a bonus to be expired.

I agree with universal4, when they are not friendly to small affiliates they will cut all others pretty soon.

At least, they could have paid you what stated as commission generated.

Personally, I have noticed that "stealing" affiliates among affiliate programs is becoming more and more common. The most popular methods are:

    - Silently changing the T&C in order to lower the %
    - Threatening to close your account if, for example, you do not deliver a certain number of FTDs by the end of a given month, seizing the accumulated commission claiming that it has expired (even though it is not in the T&C)
    - Imposing additional costs and deductions when calculating commissions (without informing partners about it)
    - Closing, transferring, changing, or merging affiliate programs to take affiliate commissions (failure to respect previous agreements regarding already referred players)
    - Introducing high bank fees (e.g. 10-100 EUR) for the transfer of commissions...

"Expiring" commissions earned under the payment threshold is not what they meant when they said "we give you the chance to start your earnings from 0 every single month".

Once commissions are earned they should be paid whenever the payment threshold is reached or the program is discontinued. It is not an "oops", "oh,sorry" or "too bad for you" situation.

" OOps, they did it again".

Programs rob affiliates in a blink of an eye.

Britney was so damn right.. about our i-gaming business.

I get used to all such scam practices, as with all these regulations, affiliates are the ones to pay the price first....
