Megapartners shaved my 250+ players

I sent some traffic to Bitslot (one of megapartners brands) back in 2022. In early 2023, they made a rebranding and Bitslot became Bitsrtike. However, my 250+ highly valuable mostly US players have not been restored. There was a lot of back and forth, it is normal for them to promise something and then ignore you for weeks. Last time their manager promised to restore my players 2 months ago. It never happened. Since then he has not been responding to my messages.

As I can see other affiliates have payment issues with megapartners so I don't have much hope. Just informing you guys.

I also have similar issues with them, after the last migrating announcement by them to Affika platform, they are no longer responsive, no one answering emails and Skype as well.

In their emails & Skype are not responsive:

I will post information about this in my Telegram channel (my telegram channel is the most popular telegram channel for iGaming affiliates in CIS countries) and give them link to this GPWA thread. I hope they will reply here (in GPWA) ASAP.

First I would like to thank you for your post here, looks like what you did worked and I finally received a reply from them via Skype from Stacey account. Lets hope everything can be sorted and now, I'll keep updating.

Good to see you posting again, Moonlight Cat. 250+ players to suddenly disappear is very worrying and appalling behaviour from Megapartners. That's a substantial sized player base. I only came across this post now. Thanks for warning us and I sincerely hope that this gets resolved for everyone involved. We put in the hard work and effort and It really annoys me how they just do whatever the hell they want and are able to get away with it, stealing everything from us for their own selfishness. Let's see what happens with this situation, but I'm not holding my breath.

I can confirm that Stacy from Megapartners is responsive and helped me complete the migration and get the account..

I'm wondering if krister was able to resolve is issue with them

Does anyone know what the status of Megapartners is now? because I see their megapartners.io website is a now a Go Daddy parked domain

That's strange, only last month I was talking to [email protected] ... I just wrote her again now to check what's going on

We are having problems with our domain megapartners.io. It is already for some time and Tomorrow hopefully the issue with domain will be solved! ) Dont worry - all the statistic is tracking and it will be there once domain will be up and login possibilities will be back )

An update: megapartners promised to pay me and lied again. I was able to contact Stacey, she promised to get everything resolved. Then she told me she was leaving megapartners (the same happened 2 times before with other managers). Other contacts she gave me they are simply ignoring me. I have tried each and every possible communication channel to get in touch with megapartners. With no success. Megapartners is clearly a scam partner program.

Another Update - MegaPartners are not responsive (again) for over 2 weeks, they stop responding after the migration, and old account shaved... Stacy which we used to be in contact on Skype and email - [email protected] is not responding, they are again blacklisted!

This affiliate program has closed its operations. You may try to contact them at [email protected], but I am not sure if this will work.

P.S. Sorry, I can't post the link here because I violated GPWA T&C in the past.

P.P.S. From my personal point of view, this may be the consequence of the "Android 14 problem."

I am not sure that all western affiliates know this, but most iGaming products/affiliate programs from ex-USSR get the majority of their players from sources like FB > Google Play or ASO > Google Play. Affiliates upload their apps with free games and iGaming advertising.

Players from this traffic source are much worse compared to SEO traffic (low LTV). Usually, affiliates get CPA for these players. However, the number of these players is much higher. Several hundreds of FTDs daily is usual.

This violates FB and Google T&C, and since September 2023, Google has significantly impacted these kinds of affiliates. The new Android version, Android 14, very effectively detects and deletes these apps from Google Play and players' smartphones.

These changes have dealt a serious blow to many iGaming affiliate programs from the ex-USSR.

Very interesting point research about android 14

I have also heard from other members they are not getting anywhere with past commission payments.
