    Default Meet Spilleren on GPWA

    Hey, folks!

It’s a great pleasure to meet you all and to finally become one of the members of GPWA forum. I’m here to introduce one of the youngest but already remarkable brands - Spilleren.com.

The Norwegian word “Spilleren” means “The Gambler”. Inspired by the timeless classic novel by Fyodor Dostoyevsky, we have created a product reflecting the classy atmosphere of the end of the 19th century, aristocratic society, true love and spectacular winnings.

Background aside, the website itself has been built on a robust front-end engine combining smooth adaptive interface for all kinds of devices - web, tablets, smartphones. Check it out yourself and share your impressions, we love improvements based on fair feedback

The following gaming vendors are currently presented: NetEnt, Microgaming, BetSoft, PlaynGo, Spigo, Leander, Playson, World Match, OMI Gaming, 1X2Gaming. Yes, Live Dealer games are coming this month together with new slot vendors, follow the updates

We are also bringing our second brand to the market this winter, both brands will be available via the same affiliate platform - please check affiliates.spilleren.com. Custom revenue share, CPA and hybrid deals are available for GPWA members, especially those who have Scandinavian traffic… ha, what a news

We are eagerly waiting for all your questions, please share your thoughts here or PM me for more details.

    Some fair feedback?

    - WR of 30 * (B+D) are heavy for a 100% bonus.
    - The max withdrawal is € 2.300? That's written on the website. The helpdesk says something else.
    - Every first withdrawal will be verified, even if you pay out € 50. 3 up to 7 business days (words of the helpdesk) is too much in my opinion.
    - The menu is kind of a mess to me. I see games in the search menu that aren't even available for example.
    - I have to make an account first before I can have a look at the games. That is annoying.

Some unfair feedback, personal opinion: i do not like the design. For sure the design will have its specific fans and it's an understatement that no other casino has the same design, but I do not like it. First time when I entered the website, I thought I entered to the website of some wannabe-hip art hall.

I see this casino more like a niche. For mainstream gamblers, it's too abstract I think and also the word Spilleren doesn't ring a bell outside Norway.

    As for your questions above:
    - WR 30 is a starting point we've chosen. And it's quite fair, don't you find? Nobody says it's a bottom line for us, though.
    - We currently don't set any withdrawal limits for our players. €2,300 limit is a KYC requirement.
    - There is no rule saying every first withdrawal must be verified. Our support may request the documents from time to time, it totally complies with KYC requirements.
    - We approve the withdrawals within an hour and most of the payment methods are instant. Probably you were informed about the maximum theoretical time period for a bank transfer?
    - Valuable update regarding the games. We will check it asap, thanks a lot.

Triple7, I really appreciate your feedback. Yes, we were chasing non-standard approach while bringing Spilleren to life. You were totally right saying it's a niche product, and that's a good sign for us - we didn't want to make it mainstream. We have already found extremely positive feedback from players from Norway, Sweden, Finland. Our first bold experiment is bringing amazing results, and we have more products to come - Spilleren is just the tip of the iceberg

    Thanks for your reply.

    1. If a WR is fair or not, is always open for a debate. There's no such thing as an objective standard of which WR is fair and which is not. I read a WR of 30 times the sum of bonus and deposit. It's an effective 60 times WR for the bonus amount. To me that's quite a heavy WR.
    2. See enclosed picture. I know there's no maximum withdrawal, but at the withdrawal page is written max € 2.300 and there's nothing about KYC. I think this could be more clear.
3+4: The helpdesk told me every first withdrawal needs to be verified first (Even if it's € 50? Yes, even in that case) and that after that it takes 3 up to 7 business days. To me it seemed the helpdesk copy-pasted the answers. In the answer about the verification was even "EM" written, which seem to be Every Matrix, the platform provider. That is jargom. customer support should avoid jargon.

I appreciate that you appreciate my feedback I wish you all the best and looking forward to the next products that will come.

Wow, those helpdesk responses made my day... Will take a look, thanks! Obviously, this will be fixed asap. Regarding the WR, yes, I agree 100% that it's neverending conversation. I assume we are making a good offer now - three 100% bonuses and 300 free spins for the first three deposits, plus 200 free spins as a reward. So far most of the customers are delighted. Still, there is always a room to grow. I will take your advice
