Manager at Betcruise ?

I have the feeling that none is working at BetCruise. No response to e-mails, nothing. They have an affiliate manager at all ?

I think you can forget Betcruise. It seems nobody on this company is responsible for to get in contact with their partners. You have only Betcruise casino support available but these guys are also not able to do anything. Now they don't need to get in contact with us. We have decided to kick them out.

I find it very complicated having contact with Betcruise. I wanted to know whether here is a responsible manager online or not.

Have nothing against support but to discuss with support where only will forward all, i have not much fun.

There are some questions about their program (what is very complicated and absolutely not userfriendly). A horror

Trackinglink gets error, no one has informed us we have earnings (not a huge amount) or get in contact the past 3 years (i saw it only by chance because the link isn't working)

I haven't known that affiliate partners must have to send copies of id and utility bill to make withdraws of their earnings.

If one has been no contact then i expect at least that one does not make it more complicated than it needs to be.

Of course, this post also reflects my frustration again a bit and i'm not amused.
