That's no way to run a business ... aboslutely unacceptable for a player. Why RTG allow under-funded casinos to use their software and screw up their name by association I'll never know ...

Thanks for the heads-up on this situation Schankwart

RTG have been supplying the worst casino owners out there for years. RTG get paid their fees, they are happy.

I know I do not have much reason to complain as this acting is not surprising for an RTG casino.
Nevertheless, I want to get paid. (blergh)

Yup... Apparently they sent me another installment of $2000 by wire transfer yesterday that should be in my bank account soon. Of course their words to pay me in full "by Monday the latest" were just bogus again, but at least the payment is processing at all.

This place must be very low funded. I am surprised they can even afford the money for the CAP "certification".

    Lightbulb

A couple days ago Lucky 18 sent me a promotional email about their Aztec Millions Jackpot, which is currently over $2 Million.
If anyone plays with Lucky 18 Casino again and happens to win this Jackpot, I calculated (by their average processing period of my payments) that it will take around 166 years and 7 months until the player is paid in full.

Let's see what happens again with my withdrawal this week.

Im glad i found this post. I made a media deal with Mike from lucky18 casino 3 weeks ago. All they owe me is $199.00.
I have been in contact with the Mike and the casino and have been told day after day " you will be paid tomorrow"
I actually spoke to Mike on Saturday on MSN and was told that my details had been sent to his CEO Naffi. Naffi was in London for the CAP meeting but my payment details had been sent to him long before he went to london. I am still waiting on my $199.00
Goodluck to all that get their winnings and or payments.

What is going on with this outfit, this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Mike did not even bother to express or give a reason for this extremely delayed withdrawal period either.

Damn, I just started promoting this bunch a few days ago too because I had seen a lot of banners floating around on the sites of other affiliates that I respect and thought they must be on the up and up but now I am ready to take their banner down.

Does no one else here feel the same way as me or are most of you guys still promoting them ??

Default All payments have been made

    Hi All,

Mike checking in. Lucky 18 has caught up on our payments, it got a bit hectic with our traveling to London, but when we got back everything got sorted. We do our best to keep up with payments, because we know that satisfied players and affiliates are the key to our success. I try and make myself available at all times and my affiliates and obligations are always top of mind. We apologized to this affiliate whom had to wait a little longer, we hope it doesn't hurt our business relationship with her.

If anyone would like to speak to me about our affiliate program or casino feel free to contact me at mike at lucky18.com or to our newest affiliate manager Sam Malka at sam at luckyaffiliates.com

    Best of luck to all.

    Mike

I am still waiting for the last $2000 wire transfer that was supposed to be sent a week ago. Sometimes wires take a few days to go through international banks, so I am going to be patient.

I also want to point out that I am not an affiliate of your casino and never will be either.
So far it took Lucky 18 Casino "the short delay" of a few months to honor the full withdrawal from my casino account. However, I am 100% certain that it would have taken MUCH longer if I would not have eventually posted about this here!

Now imagine what the average player needs to go through when waiting for a payment from them..... I spent at least three hours on collecting my money from them and have been in the online casino business for almost a decade. mhhh

The whole company and processing clients went to London? Funny, Did the casino shut down for CAP too? I guess no one could make deposits during that time.

I have been watching this thread since the start and have now reached the nuclear point. L18 can say bye bye to my sites.

IMO that was was about the most lame excuse I think I have heard since :the Dog ate my homework".

Off to delete links and pages now. Sorry to anyone eelse who is caught up in this termoil and lack of service from what appeared to be a 1st class RTG casino.

ANY reputable USA friendly casinos looking for a hard working affiliate, drop me a PM and I will see if we can slip you into the hole that are now openeing up.

The funny thing from my point of view is that Luck18 is getting such a great review and press releases from CAP. Makes me wonder if this is just another front from the EMedia scam?

Would love to know if their is a connection there?

I don't think that is the case at all as to my recollection, Casinomeister aslo gave them high marks for 2008. The best laid plans of mice and men...

Default Saying bye bye to Chips

    Hi Chips,

Sorry to see you go Nuclear, hope you end up ok.

Lucky 18 does its best to keep up with payments, rarely do we fall behind. In the case of the $199, we weren't obligated to pay out till the 15th, but since the affiliate requested a special favour we made an exception and paid out earlier.

Lucky 18 continues to grow on a daily basis from both players and affiliates. Our reputation as a hard working, friendly, US facing casino also continues to increase.

As for those who prefer to not work us, I hope you find a casino that suits your needs and I wish you success.

    Mike

Exclamation My Lucky 18 nightmare is over!

I can officially confirm that all payments have finally been made.

After all it took Lucky 18 Casino six months to make payments that should have been processed in six weeks. This is published on their website: hxxp://www.lucky18casino.com/Termscondition.aspx
"A maximum of $2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars) will be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $2000 the following week(s)."

Without my public complaint in this forum I am still 100% certain that I would still be waiting for the payments now. Most of my previous emails to the casino were ignored, which is when I realized that I had to bring this matter to public attention if I ever wanted to see the money. However, even after I started this thread I was only paid slowly.
I knew from the beginning that I was dealing with a fishy RTG joint, but played with them because I was offered a good bonus. Otherwise I would have never touched them.

I would also like to point out once again that my full name was exposed by Lucky 18 Casino in this forum, which is a massive breach of terms and privacy! Mike apologized to me for this afterwards, but what happened could not be reversed anymore.

It is a shame that Lyceum Media and CAP are giving them such exciting reviews. Perhaps the Lucky 18 affiliate program works fine, but personally I would not be selling my soul for a few Dollars cash. My kudos go to serious webmasters like Chips, who obviously cares about the interests of his players.

It is only a question of time until there will be similar complaints about Lucky 18 Casino. I guarantee.
