Post Lucky 18 Casino not honoring $2000 withdrawal

I am fully aware of the usual risks when playing at RTG Casinos, but am posting about this problem as I know that many webmasters advertise this place on their websites.

After emailing them for weeks to finally process my withdrawal, it was eventually "processed" in their cashier 2 months ago. Lucky 18 Casino has been ignoring my emails since then but their live chat told me that I would still have to wait "a while" until they are sending me the funds. No further explanation was given by them.

This place is a typical example for a foul RTG joint, as it has become obvious after all these weeks that they are trying not to pay legit winnings.

    Not good to hear.

Please keep us updated on this.

Have you asked an affiliate to get involved in trying to find out more yet.

If not, let me know and we can certainly get this looked into.

For a casino, $2000 is not that much. I've had winners at Dublinbet that have won >40k Euros in two days and then cashed out with no hassle whatsoever. Of coarse their player activity was scrutinized. I even requested it because it wiped out a months (or more) worth of commissions.

I think part of a the success of a program is paying the winners fast, thereby instilling confidence that it is for "real". Paying affiliates fast should be right on par with the players.

Imagine their cost of not paying $2000 for a winner is going to cost them way more than their benefit.

    Thanks for your input.
$2000 is really nothing for an online casino. However, if they do this with me, then I am sure they are also trying to not pay other players.
I have seen the same tactics from HippoJo Casino and others in the past, and a few weeks later the casino was closed. Now... Please do not ask me why I played there. blergh

Anyways, I just received a PM from a fellow webmaster, kindly offering me his assistance. I will be providing him with my account details and see how it goes.

Default Investigation in to 5th paymet to player

Player is complaining about the 5th payment of a $10,000 win, $8,000 has been received and Swift comfirmations are available, and have been provided. Lucky 18 Casino takes paying players as a top priority and no other negative remarks have ever been posted online regarding the timing of our payments, ever. Our accounting department is investigating this alleged missed payment and will hopefully have it resolved in the next 72 hours.

    Thanks,

    Lucky 18 Staff

    Ok...
Firstly, you have just broken another term of your casino by posting my full -private- name and username in a public forum! The terms & conditions of your website (hxxp://www.lucky18casino.com/PrivacyPolicy.aspx) state:

"Account Creation Information The account information supplied during the account creation process is kept strictly confidential for our own purpose. We do NOT share this information with any third-party company and/or organization."

Are you taking data privacy and protection any serious??

Regarding my payments, I have indeed been paid $6000 by Lucky 18 Casino already. It however took your casino always three weeks to process each $2000 installment and I received the last payment in mid September.
In the withdrawal section of your casino website (hxxp://www.lucky18casino.com/WithdrawalConditions.aspx) the terms state:

"We can send a maximum of $2000 per week. Any amount greater than $2000 is divided (no part can be larger than $2000) and sent on consecutive weeks until the total amount has been delivered."

This was clearly not the case.

Since I received the last payment over three months ago, I sent your casino numerous emails of which none have been replied on. I emailed from different email addresses to withdrawals@lucky18casino and [email protected] to make sure you receive the messages.
Earlier this month I contacted your casino through the live chat function and was told that I would still "have to wait a while" until I get paid. In another chat I was told by one of your colleagues that your casino would be "legally obligated to pay in 30 days", which is also not stated anywhere the terms & conditions of your website.

None of my attempts to adequately resolve the payment received any attention by Lucky 18 Casino and there is just no excuse to not honor a withdrawal in three months and refuse any replies!

Anyways, please still remove the recently added $10 bonus from my casino account so I can withdraw my remaining balance as well.

I am following this thread with interest because I have just recently added Lucky 18 to some of my sites. I don't normally add new casinos until they establish a good reputation for themselves as there has been too many cases of new casinos closing down soon after opening and then I spend days removing banners.
I broke my rules with Lucky 18 as I received quite a few phone calls and they seemed to be really nice people....lets hope I am not removing banners before the rest have been put up.....

    Default Payment has been made.

Accounting got back to us today. We have insured that this money has been paid in full. Swift confirmation is available by request. We don't forsee any further problems with this case, as we mentioned previously, there has never been a report or complaint of a non-payment by the Lucky 18 Casino group.

Lucky18 Mike, when did your casino send this withdrawal? -Today?
Please email me a copy of the details.

Unfortunately you are not addressing the other problems in your post. The least I would have expected was an apology for the posting of my private information, the unanswered emails as well as the delayed and missing payments.

I certainly would not have posted the complaint in this forum without valid reasons.

A few hours ago I received the email from Lucky 18 Casino, providing me with the details of the Wire Transfer they sent today. This withdrawal has now been sent more than three months after requesting it, but I will be glad if I receive the funds at all without additional struggles.

I will keep the visitors of this forum informed about the payments of my outstanding Lucky 18 Casino balance.

For now... Schankie kudos to those who supported this case so far!

Yes, please do Schankwart. You are entitled to receive your winnings in a timely manner. I'm glad to see Mike could help a little here. Although I know nothing is really settled until you have your payment in hand.

I received the $2000 payment to my bank account today.
I still have a bit over $4000 in Lucky 18 Casino that should be paid in three installments, as $2000 is the weekly maximum.
Please still remove the $10 bonus from my casino account, Lucky 18 Mike.

I'm glad to see you had a nice win there!

I've been talking to Mike a couple of times over the last week or so, and I feel pretty good about this RTG. I'm going to be promoting them in 2009 myself, and you know I wouldn't do that if I didn't feel they were OK.

Not as a defense for the ball being dropped a little on this, but Mike did just take over the AFF. Program there, and I have to commend him for coming here to take care of the situation.

As you know, Schankwart, most run away from problems, not to them to help, so I see this as a very positive thing.

Keep us posted on the payouts, but let's give Mike a little credit too just for showing up to deal with this.
I'm sure he knows it's not cool to post Player info now, so another lesson learned.
Problems will always arise ocassionally with any casino.

So, Nice going to both you guys for talking this out!

That's the WAY IT SHOULD BE!

Post Payment Update 13th January 2009

Three weeks passed by since I received the last payment from Lucky 18 Casino.
I sent two emails to the operator again last week and received no reply.
Three more installments (my final ones) should have been sent, but nothing happened again. $4504 still have not been processed.

I am now expecting Lucky 18 Casino to send me these funds in one batch as the casino terms repeatedly did not get honored:

A maximum of $2000 (Two Thousand US Dollars) will be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $2000 the following week(s).

Few days I sent another email to the Lucky 18 cashier and was yesterday told that I am supposed to receive the outstanding balance of $4500 "as soon as possible".
I am glad that they are at least replying again. Hopefully the funds will be processed next week.

    Post Partial payment received

I received $1500 from Lucky 18 earlier this week. It was the first payment in a month.
I was told that the rest of my payment should be sent "by the end of this week".
