Lower Commission Been Paid

Hi

Can you please tell me why my commission is nearly half of what I was expecting to get paid? My stats on my dashboard and earnings report etc are not reflecting what is going into my bank. I have checked payment history report and noticed a bonus column filled out for the past three months that seems to affect my balance. If this is the cause of the lower payment can you please explain what this is and why it is only now started three months ago and can you also explain why this is not reflected in any of my stats elsewhere. It is very misleading for me to be checking my stats on a daily basis only to be getting penalized when my payment is processed. I have sent an email but have no response.

Has anyone else noticed this by the way?

Okay panic over. It does seem that I was overpaid in October which I was not aware of.

Yeah, I think they paid everyone double commission one month by mistake and have been clawing it back since.

Received this email on the 25th November from the generic affiliates@ email address:

We write with reference to your Coral Affiliate Account (the “Account”) and the Coral Affiliate Agreement at https://affiliates.coral.co.uk/terms/ (“the Agreement”).
Unfortunately, due to an internal accounting error, an additional twenty five percent (25%) in Referral Commission was added to your Account during October 2016 being an amount that was not earned as part of our Agreement with you.
In accordance with Clause 4.8 of the Agreement, we will therefore subtract it from future positive Referral Commissions earned on your Account.
The exact amount that we will deduct from your Account is:
This amount will be deducted from your November 2016 Referral Commission (or as available thereafter). Going forward, you will continue receiving your Referral Commissions in accordance with the Agreement at the prescribed rate.
