William Hill - terrible experience. We blacklisted them everywhere

    Default kindred affiliates

    Kindred affiliates

I had my account suspended this week after about 8 years promoting 32red. I thought it was a mistake because I had a few different ID's listed with old campaigns and had spoken with my affiliate manager, Tunde, in May 2023 after receiving an email about my account not producing enough new players and being reduced to 10% the following month.

I explained it was sending FTDs each month, I could see them in my dashboard, although I admit not as many as it used to. She said she would disable all of the ID's from older campaigns/domains. I explained about the lower numbers being due to a recent hospital stay and the fact I had suffered with a recent Google update but was working hard once again to improve the rankings and conversions. She said the account would be fine for 6 months and we would review things then, and to continue my recovery and progress with my website.
Today after she confirmed my account has actually been suspended after her assurances less than 3 months ago, she actually stood by the account closure and told me to come back when the website improves and apply again!
Absolute scum bags, Kindred affiliates have stolen 8 years' worth of hard work and players! All I can do is blacklist them and try over time to make up the money they have stolen from me each month

So sorry to hear this my friend.

This is exactly why, we as affiliates need to STOP making excuses and start being proactive about dealing with these scum bags.

They say, blacklisting doesn't work. I say BS. 50, 100, 300, 500 etc., etc., affiliates ALL listing Kindred as scumbags, and using smart SEO to link all these pages, will definitely cause Kindred worry. Send out Press Releases - make enough noise and it works.

I had an issue with my Telco. Phoned them, they blew me off. I took it to Social Media, and they were falling over themselves to make it go away.

    Cheers Dave

I will be doing my bit in raising more awareness, not sure it will make much of an impact but as you said if we all do maybe it will make them rethink. Im writing reviews on TP, Glassdoor, websites and forums, its not much but hopefully others will be put off and avoid the type of treatment they eventually dish out to hard working affiliates.

I have said it before and will say it again, karma is a bitch and one day I will bump into one of them at a conference.

I don't attended conferences for one because it's too far away, but if it wasn't, I still wouldn't, because... if I came face2face with any of these scum bags who have lied and cheated me, my Danish (Viking Blood) would rage, and I'd be locked-up for kicking their asses (literally).

    Very sad information.
Consider leaving your reviews of their products, turning them into negative ones e.g. with links to forums of players who had problems with them. And in the VISIT CASINO button, I recommend a popup with, for example, 3 suggestions for alternatives and links to reviews.

VeraJohn (GameSysGroup) - Closed an old account that was still bringing revenue even though it is not possible for us to invite players from that country anymore since they don't have a license.
So we were only receiving revenue for players who are originally from that country but reside elsewhere.
They told us that we can always open a new account if we want to and start from zero. What a joke.

ACR (AmericasCardroom)/WPN Affiliates - invited around 150-200 players from a very small country and would have invited even more if they would have provided a good deal.
But they closed the account that was still generating substantial revenue only because for some time we didn't invite 5+ new players per month. They are only paying peanuts, do not pay for casino action and charge ridiculous fees for payment processing

Do not work with any of these two under no circumstances. None of them had such activity clauses in the beginning.

In fact, I've only heard good things about 888. It seems to me that in this case it is more a problem of the great popularity of the casino, so they have not yet thought of hiring more people to resolve urgent issues with partners ...

Obvioulsy this is a public forum so we cant condone such behaviour but in my experience its nice for people to be reminded every so often that actions have consequences. It would be interesting to see how their staff would feel attending such events if each time they did they were met with disgruntled affiliates who they had robbed of their hard earned earnings...

I am fortunate enough to have had no real issues with 888. Other than the odd time their reply is slow or I have had to chase a higher up for a reply they have been fine with me. The only real criticism I have is the information I can see in my stats is almost worthless.

My experience with the Betsson Affiliate Program has been extremely disappointing. They have consistently failed to uphold our previously agreed upon terms, often making unilateral changes to the terms without any consultation or discussion. In addition, they have gone so far as to close affiliate accounts in an attempt to avoid paying out rightful commissions. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to engage in productive dialogue has left me with no choice but to strongly advise others to steer clear of the Betsson Affiliate Program. It is in your best interest to avoid engaging with them at all costs.

BETSSON GROUP - they woke up and added a retroactive clause to affiliate accounts. With this move they have stolen thousandsss of affiliate commissions...what a bunch of thieves

Betfair/Paddy Power - will likely close your account once you've added 10000s of players

Rank Affiliates can be added to this list for closing an Affiliate account for no valid reason

Revenue Giants are also rogue. It was alright with them for a while, until they had new staff and then the company, went to the dogs!!
