I am new here and not sure if this self promotion post is allowed ( admin delete if not allowed ). I am a links seller and wonder if I can get a few clients here.
Having worked as an outreach manager for authority builders for 2 years before quitting to set up my own business, I have a database of quality websites whose owners I have good relationship with.
Many of these websites accept gambling posts and are in various niches.
I use the same vetting method as authority builders. The sites on my network have the following metrics
1. Not less than 1,000 organics in ahrefs. DR above 20 in ahrefs.
2. Not more than 19% of all traffic is from a combination of India and Pakistan.
3. Top 3 traffic countries usually from tier 1 countries ( USA, UK, Canada, Australia and the likes ).
4. Any site that has been penalized by Google in the past is not used. For instance, a site that used to get 50k organics that now gets only 2k has certainly been penalized and will not be used.
5. In bound links higher than the number of outbound links.
6. No PBNs or sites created solely for the purpose of selling links
7. Beautiful design and social media presence and regularly updated with new posts.
8. We check to ensure sites that we use do not have spam within the first 20 anchor texts. Anchor texts should be related to the topic of the website. If there are spam terms like "****", "sex". "viagra", etc, out of topic, we drop off such site.
9. Does the website say ‘write for us’ in the header / footer or navigation anywhere on the website? Or does it say ‘become a contributor’. Any variations like this we avoid.
Or does it have ‘Post Here’ or ‘Submit Article’?"
And the good thing is unlike authority builders, my prices are fair as due to volume, I am able to get good deals from the webmasters.

I use ahrefs. If a site was getting 50k 1 year ago and now only gets about 2k per month, it gives an indication of a penalty.
