I have a few PR2-PR4 trusted poker and casino related sites of high quality. Currently I can sell a few advertising spaces on them for fair price.
All my sites have different IP's and rank high in Google SERP by organic keywords.
Moreover, I am not going to put more than 7-8 OBL on each website of mine. So, my link partners will get a lot of link juice.

After PR update
Regarding recent PR update my dynamics is quite positive.
None of my websites has lost its PR. A lot of them even increased. Thus, currently I have more than 100 websites PR2+
