Links Are Broken

Earlier today I noticed the t&c links are broken. Waiting for a reply on that.

Now, all download links to 24 VIP and in fact, ANY affiliate links to 24VIP are broken, ie. https://24vipcasino.com/get/a/4317758 but loading the casino's site without affy links is okay.

They changed all the links.
I have links, even the new ones, which no longer work in certain countries.

I've e-mailed Emma. I've not received any new links, all mine are busted and I'm in the process of REPLACING them until I hear more.

Strangely, some links work. Some landing pages and 888Tiger seems okay. Quite a mess this end to sort out.

Change your links, mine also worked and one day I had errors everywhere pffff

Same here. Some of my country-specific pages are loading, general pages are not. No way to work with it until we hear back from the program so I am having to temporarily (and quickly) redirect all broken links. Not fun on a Saturday morning.

Please, check your inbox. The latest marketing materials were sent to you. Also you may create new links in Tracking Links section using your Admin Area. New Christmas LPs are added there as well so you are welcome to use it.

Links generated under the existing system still do not work. Asking for a DL link for 24VIP tells me to use https://ssharedispatch.com/c/20833 which is a dead link. I can see nothing in my messages regarding changing links.

Sorry, Emma, but I'm in the process of replacing these links until it's resolved.

I can now generate some 'normal' links that work in the backend but trying to make one for the T&C for Superior generated a 404. I've cc'd Emma to let her know. This is going to take some of my time and it's easier to move things around on a Sunday than fix this :/

Celena, you seemed to be more 'in the know' about a pending, vital link change requirement. There is nothing in my Superior internal messaging system about this - the last notice was for a Christmas promo. How did you get into the loop?

ETA: seems these brands (or at least Superior) have very recently been added to Spain's IP blacklist 'cos I have to use a VPN now, and that's a VERY recent update.

I received a message from Emma after Connie left. I asked her if the links were good.
And I realized later, that in some countries, the links no longer worked. I wrote to Emma and changed my links.

Thanks. It's apparent though that not all this is due to geo blocking. For example, some links work and others don't. I can generate straight links now in the backend that work but t&c and download links are broken. I've received no notice of this, as far as I can see :/ Panic stations.

Thanks, I'm going to look at how the links work in some countries.

Tried to edit/add the following to my previous post.

ETA: I can visit 888Tiger. That's about it geo-wise.

ETA2: Just tried to pull a straight homepage link for 24VIP and got https://ssharedispatch.com/c/19339 which is a 404 (even with proxies) so not even all straight links are working. I really don't wanna deal with this today

Hannnn I saw your link, I also have a 404 when I click on it. I will tell you what I see on my links.
I have links that only work through VPN. I don't have time today.

I'd have found out sooner or later (we do regular link checks) but on this occasion, the only reason I knew there's an issue was receiving a complaint from a visitor who wanted to download 24VIP. Possibly a customer lost but I'm grateful he let me know.

Unfortunately the backend system we have now doesn't meet the needs of us and our partners, that is why we are moving to MyAffiliates. Reporting there will be more detailed. Also there will be no bugs with the links as there'll be no need to generate it manually (all the links will be generated automatically for each affiliate). Integration to the new system takes some time as we want to transfer all the details from the old one and we want to save all the data about previous players. That's why it takes so long.
Contact me via email or Skype in case if you have problems with the links again. Please, accept our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
