    We would like to inform you that there has been a change with 138.com
    Please see our new licence below:

    All the services and games of 138.com are provided by and licensed for use by Fesuge Limited of Clinch’s House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RZ which is regulated by the Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission under the Online Gambling Regulation Act 2001.

    LICENCE ISSUED ON 8th of AUGUST 2014

    ok wasn't the license previously Isle of Man or what was the change?

    Yes, the license is still with the Isle of Man.
    We've updated the name and the date of issuance.
