Legal Action against Affiliate Edge and ITC

For those of you that have been following my video channel since the beginning of September, you will be aware I invoiced Affiliate Edge's parent company - Interactive Technology Corporation for the short fall in commission owing for June and July 2017. Providing them with 30 days to make payment.

I didn't sign up to the T & C's with the player quota term that was inserted in Feb 2017 - A certain clause 4.7. Hence if they do not pay me by end of play tomorrow the ?940.30 shortfall owing, I will be commencing legal action against them in the UK courts.

Please join me for the ride and share the video below and subsequent videos I will be releasing, documenting the action I am taking. I believe this will be the first instance of an iGaming Affiliate issuing court proceedings against a program or and their owner who has introduced punitive retroactive player quotas to an agreement.

I am hoping to be able to set a legal precedent in the UK courts which will provide affiliates with a much needed shot in the arm.

I told them to call my bluff. Looks like they have done so, lets see now how this plays out. Unlike Warren Ferster and Stuart Ferster I don't bullshit.

Well done. When programs use quotas to steal commissions they need to be called out.

It would've been far more profitable for them to apply their new terms & conditions to new affiliates only, not steal players and maintain their reputation and positions on so many sites. They have really shot themselves in the foot. Wishing you all the best with the legal challenge.

Ok all, 1st October and no payment received. What I have received though is a post from a very concerned individual on the YouTube Video stating that my claim is groundless. No prior YouTube History and I would not be surprised if it is a Stuart Ferster or Warren Ferster Sock Puppet. As we used to call them back in the day on EZBoard. Didn't mention anything about bringing the claim in England and Wales though.

I am so looking forward to next week.

On another note, looks like I have pissed royally off the citizens of Israel.

Check this out and the dislikes my channel has received from persons hailing from the mecca of iGaming. Particularly on the 18th September, when it appears an individual went through every one of my videos going on a dislike frenzy. I am very sad, what shall I do?

Good luck with this, and don't worry about the dislikes/likes, they have no bearing at all to the ranking of a video or channel.

When going to court you also need to point out that they must have archived the affiliate stats for X years as they clearly have moved to a new platform to get rid off the evidence.. which in itself is a money laundering activity......they probably have stated fake earning in tax reports ....

If you ever need my account information for further proof just let me know ( I never had much players but still was able to see that they detagged players after "they" took over).

Youtube likes and dislikes can be purchased through many social marketing sites and do not necessarily reflect reality or affect rankings.

14 days from when they are served. Which should be either tomorrow or Wednesday. Those days include weekends.
