Last month payments

are late and nobody gives a sh.. Can someone tell me what is goin on? I have sent severel emails but no answer nothing.. And this is platinum..??

Hi, I am Silvia, Senior Affiliate Manager at Expekt.
First of all I want to apologize for the delay with our payments for April. Payment were processed last week until Friday night and payment status in our software was updated Monday morning. Unfortunately we encountered problems with our affiliate software supplier during the last 2 months, hence payments could not be done until 10th of each month as committed in our T&Cs. Again, apologize for this. An official email will go out about this during this week and we will have meetings with our supplier during this month to sort this issues to get back to our fast payments soon. Regarding not answered emails I need to check with our team and will get back to you tomorrow. In the meantime, please send me your email to silvia.hoppe@expekt.com. I quess you dont receive my mails but i can try one more time.

I ask my question here now so you should get it.

When i joined this program 6 months ago you promoted that first 3 or 6 months 50% start up commission but since first month i have got that 25%

So i ask what is the deal whit that?

Hi Teuk,
Sorry for my late reply. I was in Prague for the conference and wasn't able to check the forum.
The 50% Start-up commission campaign was an campaign starting in July 2009 and finished in December 2009 entitling every affiliate, who signed up in this period to a 6 month 50% commission on the new Microgaming Casino. Please send me an email to silvia.hoppe@expekt.com with some info about target markets and products and I am sure we will sort out a deal for you! Best regards

I receive payment almost every month from Expekt, these are the last 5 months payment dates for me via Bank wire, if i go back further the dates are more or less the same

August 12th
July 13th
June 18th
May nothing negative

April 15th

Today is the 10th, so for me personally i am not expecting payment until next week and they are not late, but thats just for me.

Is there any reason for the swearing in this thread? You're dealing with a real person who has real feelings and this is a professional board where we should all try to maintain a respectful attitude.

I'm sure there are other ways to vent your frustration...

Webmasters that i know that get paid via moneybookers received their payments today, which generally means bank wires will follow in a day or two.

Like i said in my earlier post the payments are not late, payments for me at least always come round about this time of the month, so not sure what the panic is.

That said, since Silvia left Expekt it is a shame that no one at Expekt has decided to come in to this thread and at least put affiliates minds at rest.

The problem with Expekt affiliates as far as i know that they were taken over by Mangas Gaming (owner of Betclic) and there have been some changes. Our affiliate manager also left Expekt, but the team from Betclic already contacted us about a meeting at the BAC.

Also, don't panic if you don't get your payments by the 10th, they will definitely pay a bit later on just as Betpartners said. Swearing won't speed things up!

I always get my payments in time. Around 10-15 every month.

As said many times already, only late for YOU, for everyone else it is anytime between the 10th-15th
