    Angry The largest gambling operator in Bulgaria started to steal from their affiliates

    The issue:
    In the beginning it did not apply any quota in their affiliate program.

    After some time they retroactively added quota: 2 new depositors and 7 active players a month.

    This year without any official mail they decided to add more quota requirements and strange new rules:

    • 2 new depositors a month;
    • 7 active players a month;
    • 6 new depositors in the last 3 months;
    • The affiliate has to try to increase the business (this subjective clause means they can refuse to pay their affiliates based only on their judgement if they try or not to increase the business)
    • If any month you don't cover the above quota your commission is NOT transferred to the next month.

    With these retroactive changes they started stealing the business from their small and even middle size affiliates which I personally find very alarming.

    Even big affiliates should be alarmed if they decide to do business with them because they can and most probably will change and add a new quota at some time in the future.

    I have been scammed as well but after what I read here and at several other forums I decided it's useless to complain about these crooks.

    Same here. We've stopped immediately to promote them and made them not verified on all sites. What comes around goes around... This is the long road to end of Efbet.

    I signed up with Efbet many years ago. After just six months or so they started demanding more or they would close my account. I straight away deleted them from all my sites. It was only yesterday they were either threatening the same or have terminated my account (not sure, don't care either)

    Are the people at Efbet not the same as Nethive/Europartners? Maybe I am mistaken but if yes then I would avoid to work with these guys.

    And if they are not you should still avoid working with these crooks.

    Efbet, 18Bet, babibet, etc. - all scams!

    Conclusion? A brand with "bet' in its name and owned or managed by Bulgarian company = no to go place.

    Coincidence?

    I wouldn't make that conclusion

    The biggest crooks in this industry by far are PokerStars and bwin (long stories but you can research here on gpwa) and they have nothing to do with Bulgaria.

    Good conclusion would be to avoid companies which offer too good terms because they either don't understand this business or they don't plan to honer them.

    Hello! I am also very disappointed from efbet affiliate program , they close my account yesterday for reason that I don't comply with their TOS. It began on 18 february when I receive email from efbet affiliate stating that I have to complete "a target" , to have NEW active clients from 10.Feb to 10.March the same number or more than my highest counting period from 2020 year. My highest period was February 2020 , I have 4 new active clients for this period. Now for this Period 10.Feb - 10.March I have 4-5 new clients( I don't remember because now I cannot login to check it , but I am sure that I passed the target that they wanted.)

    So they sent me email that they close my affiliate account .....I have it since 2015 or 2016 I don't remember exactly. Every month I have delivered them players and in the last months the number are increased a lot(4 new active accounts for January 2021 , 5 new active accounts for February 2021 , 2 new active accounts from 1st to 10th March 2021). In the last months the earnings were XXXX every month , and there are ~28 or 30+ active players every day!

    So what can we say ...let it go or what...very hard work over the years , thousands of money spent for advertising, all targets OK , but may be they don't want us , affiliates?

    Are there also people who have closed accounts ?

    Hi,

    I think almost every account has been closed. We had achieved good results with Efbet over many years (as a media buyer). But last year it started asking where our ads are placed. Since we were threatened that the account would be deleted, we announced the sources. Weeks later we noticed that Efbet purchased direct advertising on these pages.

    They changed the terms and conditions so that it gives them the right to terminate affiliates without any reason and at any time.

    As with you, we have received various targets for February with the note that the account will be closed if you do not reach them.

    Unfortunately, we found that even when the goals were achieved, the accounts were closed.

    Support requests will no longer be answered by Efbet.

    For me, this has been the worst experience with betting providers in the last 7 years.

    Same here. Always asked for more traffic and threatened to close account. Players were still very active and making decent revenue. Then simply closing account for no reason. I had to lie when I said I did not expect this to happen. But still...

    Worst crooks I dealt with in the last decade for me.
    Whoever still promotes them or thinks about it is pretty naive.

    Add to that Skybet, a UKGC licensed BRAND, the cable service of the NATION, the brand you can trust... jk closed down their affilaite program in 2017 terminated all contract, reopened what a year later, clean slate no commissions owed.

    Meanwhile a company like bet365, which has bet in its name, has been the poster child for how business should be handled. For now at least.

    Given who the founders of this Efbet company are, what did you guys expect? A fair treatment, flawless speedy payments, and honest stats?
