Ok so not the prettiest thing, but the general concept of what I've done on the home page here does work and has been approved by multiple AMs: https://www.bettingsites.co/

Not really a fan of the styling at the moment but first priority was getting it working and compliant. Then I'll look at tidying it up a bit more.

I like it. Looks decent. Just waiting untill the full 800 word terms now have to go everywhere a number is mentioned which will probably be the next big change we have to make.

I have done similar for my no deposit page so I think you are on the right tracks there. But I especially like your personal disclaimer

I think that works very well, I have added Betfair and Paddy's terms to the bonus tables etc... But I will have to style it once I figure out how to do it. Using css is confusing for me so at the moment it is inline only which I know I will have problems with as it is not web compliant. I am happy to comply with the regulations but surely common sense should prevail. We have t&cs apply 18+ applied to every offer shown (bonus tables etc...) If the landing page with terms is one click away that is within the guidelines is it not?

On one of our websites we had the terms pop up when they clicked to download/play and they had to then click again to play. We were told this is not good enough and it has to be on the page because there is room to put them. So according to them, there is no common sense and yeah you have to put them on the page if there is space. They don't GAF about the design, or whether it breaks the page layout. They are irrational, but that is what they want so we have to do it.

I noticed some affiliates doing hover tool tips with the T&Cs with limited space but I am unsure how that would work on mobile.

The hover tool tips are not acceptable according to the CMA people who look over your site (see above).

Thanks Renee, a lot clearer now. So, in essence, take no chances terms must be shown for any offers shown
