    Default LAC 2018 Photo Report

    Hey GPWA,

I want to thank everybody who stopped by our booth in London. It was a great show and I enjoyed it a lot. For those who didn't make it to London for some reasons I want to share some pics from the show. I hope you enjoy them.

    Great photos Luke!

I wanted to come around to say hi but I didn't have Celia with me this time so I didn't get to walk around the hall at all.
Hopefully see you at the next one!

London is the busiest event out of all, but in my opinion, this year it wasn't as busy due to the overlap with ICE. In terms of routine, with the booth you do more talking and less walking.

The main perk of having a booth is - you always have a place to sit down with your affiliate face to face and discuss the business. In the industry where affiliate/affiliate program relationship are built on trust it's very important to meet with people you work with.

Shucks! How can an affiliate build trust, communicating only through email?

    Hi Luke,

this are really nice 20 pictures. One can see, that photography is your hobby and that you know, what you are doing. To find the right moment is not so easy. Unfortunately, I have no talent for this, but I am happy, that I can enjoy the talents of others.

Especially picture #10 and #11 are made very well, #10 the perfect angle for the expression and #11 the perfect moment for the expression. Picture #16 is a textbook example how to present three Bond Girls in a perfect way.

However, it was so inspiring to me, I will show you in my lucid diary later the day another interpretation of some of your fine pictures.

    Leopold

On the 5th pic there are 2 of our affiliate managers. Slavica is on the left and Tania is on the right side. The lucky winner of Apple Watch stands in-between. I was standing behind the camera.

Thanks Leopold, I tried to do my best, but since I was supposed to half-ass few things at the same time, these photos could be done better.

    Hey Enzika,

I can clearly see what you are trying to do here, but next time, you should work harder on your homework. Affalliance have acquired Cherry Gold, Exclusive and FreeSpin brands, meaning that they were previously a part of a different program. The complaints that you are referring to, took place under the management that has nothing to do with Affalliance.

Conversely when a brand with problems gets sold - the new owners should not expect the customer issue problems to disappear.
When you choose a brand you should also work harder with your homework because you are taking the good and the bad with it.

While the issues may not have been run-up under your management - you have acquired the brand now along with it's player liabilities - and the brand still has outstanding customer issues. A change of ownership doesn't wash that away.

Instead of lecturing people about "doing their homework" - how about just sorting out the player issues?

    ---------------------------

Luke - you may not have intended to sweep it under the carpet with your response ...
But it sure looks like it ...

What is being put in place to fix these player issues?
Why should we think there is any change in business practice - because of a fancy stand and some pretty girls?

THAT doesn't build trust. Fixing player issues builds trust.

I agree, but lets take a look on the situation from another angle. If you buy a used car that under previous ownership got into an accident, does it make you involved in that accident?

As you can see, 90% of the player issues that were highlighted on Askgamblers are resolved. A while ago there was a passionate discussion of the negative sides of our program. We have not ignored the highlighted issues. Here is the list of terms that were cancelled or improved.

    * $50 withdrawal fee - cancelled.
    * Withdrawal processing timeframe changed from 7-10 business days to 3-7.
    * Minimum withdrawal was changed from $150 to $100
    * If a player does not log in to an account for 90 days or more; any balance in such a case will be forfeited - cancelled
    * If a player is inactive for 30 days player class drops - cancelled
    * The max cashout from the welcome no-deposit bonus is increased to x3.

There is still work to do, and we are working on further improvements.

Don't get me wrong, but that's not the first time Enzika is trying to assault our program with accusations. I'm always open to a dialogue. I am happy to meet people face to face to discuss issues, but I am not happy when trolling and groundless accusations are taking place. Let's separate wheat from chaff.
