    Default juicystakespoker.eu payout

    username damac33

Not only did they close my account when I verified my account with them, they have $22,540.69 funds of mine they are refusing to pay. I started to do investigation of my own and realize they are posting fraudulent information in their terms and conditions. They've mislead me as a patron and are misleading everyone that accept these terms and conditions and are using the good name of the Gaming of Curacao. They refuse to resolve my issue and won't admit wrong doing about using fraudulent information on their terms and conditions. How can they get away with this? Who can we contact to get this rogue site shutdown or make them pay me my funds they owe me? Someone needs to hold these guys responsible for their actions.

    Dear Sir,
We do not license or have anything to do with the above mentioned website. Any site that is licensed out of Curacao will be from 4 different Master License holders. The site will display the seal of the Master License holder that they are operating under which will have a link to their site. We checked the above URL to find that they do not have a seal or mention their license number in their Terms and Conditions. Which is a requirement of the license. We assume the this may be a rogue site that is not properly licensed.

    Regards,

Firstly, the URL is juicystakes . eu. Adding poker to the URL simply redirects back to the real URL.

Secondly, they are a legit company and do not steal from players as a course of business.

Thirdly, yes, the website looks cheesy AF.

Now, with that said, they are doing shady ****. You see, Juicy Stakes is owned by a GPWA sponsor, though they will not admit it publicly, this information is pretty widely known among poker affiliates who have been around for the last decade or so and know the drama involved with Cake Network, Lock Poker, Juicy Stakes, Intertops, etc. Furthermore, the affiliate managers at Juicy Stakes are the same people at the GPWA sponsored site using fake names.

I reiterate though, I do not for one second believe they are stealing from players. These people have been around for decades and one thing they have going for them is that they actually pay players and affiliates (although their commissions are ****).
