JackpotParty.com has ceased trading with all the assets having been acquired by casino software provider SkillOnNet.As part of the deal with WMS SkillOnNet have also purchased the Jackpot Party database and over the next few weeks we will be migrating all the players to a new casino specially set up for this called SlotsMagic.com

All the affiliate Sales and Marketing for this new Brand will be done by EGO - EGamingOnline.com ( www.EGamingOnline.com ) who will contact you to discuss how you can continue to bring new Traffic and receive future affiliate payments for any existing players who do migrate to the new Casino.

In order that we continue paying for your traffic you need to switch your promotion of Jackpot Party to that of Slotsmagic.com today. Replace all your Jackpot Party banners, reviews, links etc. with those from SlotsMagic.

For those affected by this the page listed in the link I posted above has more information about the steps you should take.

From the software standpoint I have always loved the jackpotparty game as well as some of their others that I have played in land based casinos. I had quite a bit of interest in promoting them, but had not put a lot of time into it and now I am glad I didn't.

Although I do have a few properties up for EGO brands, with the quota they have I really do not have much interest in putting a lot of effort into them even though I think this acquisition is a good thing for them (I just wish they understood the implications of the quota).

So congrats to EGO.

And Jackpot Party Select, thanks for telling everyone here.....NOT!

PS: I'd be happy to supply anyone with a sub-affiliate link for EGO, although with their quota I do NOT put much effort into promoting their program.

They sent out an email on the 18th of Feb but it was really out of the blue

Yeah, they - EGO that is, not Jackpot Party - did send out an email a couple of months back. There was a discussion about it over at AGD as well. While the change from JPP to SlotsMagic was very sudden, I was personally quite happy with how it was handled in terms of notifying affiliates.

Also, let me rant on how insanely crappy the EGO platform is. Can they no afford to add a unique URL for each casino? I get stuck only being able to log into one account and its gets crappy using all different info. Seems like a poorly designed system if they can not bring all casinos into one account break it up completely!

Did anyone else get contacted by an EGO clone? I think it was eurovegaspartners.com
