Good Morning,
My apologies for the delay in responding to this post. It was a national holiday yesterday and i have only just seen this.
Did you take some screenshots of the error messages you received over the weekend? Our team fixed the last issue last week so I would be interested in seeing what the error message was.
I just checked the games now and they are working but obviously if they continue to break it needs to be fixed!
I would appreciate you keeping an eye out on the games and if you could shoot me an email [email protected] with a screenshot that would be most helpful.
Regards,
Julia
And again.
One time for every 10-15 spins i see this message.
Browser: Google Chrome.
UP!!! Anybody from Jackpot Party Select read this thread or this forum?
I thought I had already posted this, but anyway...
I have verified the same thing happens to me and I have tried a few browsers.
Not sure if it is a nag screen intended to provide an option of visiting casino to play for real or what, but it consistiently happens on some of the games I have tried.
Sucks too since I really enjoy playing Jackpot Party and have not had the chance to go to Tampa to play in a long time.

Day 4, no replay.
Day 5, no replay.
Yeah, I'm getting the same kind of error messages. They follow me on Twitter so I tweeted them and sent an email to my affiliate manager - no replies as yet

If you need a contact, let me know. They're normally very responsive on all fronts.

Well I went to your site Moonlight Cat and got to spin Jackpot Part about 4 or 5 times in IE then saw the error. (I can refresh and get a few more spins consistiently in IE.
Firefox won't let me play at all since I am in the US.
Opera won't let me play at all since I am in the US.
Safari for windows won't let me play at all since I am in the US.

Well that would suck if you take them down, but I understand.
I enjoy playing Jackpot Party and a few other games so much I could put up with a few errors once in a while, but it was a pin to have to refesh the game every 4 to 6 spins.
Simple economics on their side is probably why they block US IP's, since they know it can never convert into depositing players for them.
