Invoice not paid, account locked (SOLVED)
I was making invoice in late June for May. Few days after that we got this email:
Before we can process anymore payments we are required to complete verification on your company.
Could you please provide shareholder documents for the company
Until we have reviewed these documents we will not be able to process any payments.

We sent three emails during during more than few weeks, but zero response. We tried to send it from more email addresses, just to be sure... nothing.
Moreover the affiliate account is blocked.
I believe it is just summer holidays. And it is normal at Bet365 to block account when they request anything. It is also normal not to respond to emails. Still a bit annoying.
I would like to resolve it somehow off the record, but not sure whom to contact.
