A few questions
Negative Commissionable revenue generated in any given month by any Players who We, in our sole discretion, determine to be “High Rollers” will be carried forward and offset against future commissionable revenue generated by Players referred by You until such negative commissionable revenue is cleared
if in any given month a player generates negative commissionable revenue of at least €5,000, and the aggregate commissionable revenue in that month (for the casino) for that Affiliate is negative, then such Player shall be deemed to be a High Roller;
...
So you wan't high rollers but affiliates that produce them can be affected negatively?

Hi wonderpunter
Our T&Cs that you are referring to are a bit unclear and I will ensure they are reworded asap.
To clarify, the HighRoller Policy only affects the individual player. i.e. this one player is segregated and placed into a 'winbin' so that their negative revenues are not offset against positive revenues from your other players. So that in the future months, if the highroller never loses the funds back, only us the operator makes a loss on that player, not the affiliate.

Pure No-Negative-Carryover programs are a suicide commando in the long run.
They must be very lucky to survive.
Of course, for affiliates a pure no negative policy looks great, but they have no advantage from it when a program falls into the abyss due to winning high rollers.
What then happens, we all know it.
Stalling, cheating, re-branding.
So a wise high roller policy like in this case is the best entrance door for a long time cooperation without surprises.
for me still ...
One reason is ...
NO INCOME ACCESS
What a bombastic bonus offer, right?!
