    I find there tools so bad now, does anyone know how you can view what your negative balance is ? (Nco)

    it used to be Easy to find but I don’t have a clue now

    can anyone navigate me around there site so I can find it

    Go to reports - payments history report, then extend the time back a few months and run the report. You should then see any negative in the rollover column.
