If you are building sites using wordpress there are ways to do a portion of that with a few specific plugins.
As an example, easy affiliate links will let you import the links, slug, link name and others. I found the free version does not import categories using the xml, so in instances where I want to do this, I dump all links, and import the csv file after making any edits etc to things like campaigns etc it needed. It works best with a fresh install and telling the import not to import the "ID" as a new post id will be created at time of import.
For ad management, adrotate has done very well for such things. Again starting from a fresh install is best, only thing you need to do is go in to settings and change the folder location where the creatives will be in advance, seems to work better. (this is assuming all creatives in the same folder) What Have found works best in importing adrotate is to do a database dump of the tables from one place and then import into the sites database in to the new site.
ALWAYS back up the database before attempting it.
There are likely other solutions depending on your needs or cms or backend you are using.
