    Has the website's content been optimized for search engines, and if so, how?
    What strategies are in place for ongoing optimization of the website?

    Almost all of the questions you asked are questions the website owner or developer needs to answer.

    Example
    What specific steps have you taken to optimize
    No one simply looking at your site has done anything to help you optimize it.
    Have you used any tools or techniques been used to analyze and improve the website's performance?
    Every single question you asked, only you have the ability to make changes that have any effect.

    I will move this thread to the proper forum for site reviews, but you will have to provide the url in order to get any suggestions, but they will not come in the form of what others have done but possible suggestions for changes you can make.

    Please list the url and I can add to to the first post.

    Yeah I've got to smile, Viriy. Because you seem to basically be asking the high level question that comes after 'how do you technically start/create a website'...and that's 'OK I know the basics of how to start/create a website, now what do I do to get pages on it in front of people that want to gain information from what I'm saying?'

    And that brings in all your questions, and many many more besides.

    There are no easy/quick enough ways for someone to answer all that, so, as Rick says, the best way you can approach it is to state the URL of the site and maybe people can look and pass comment on it from the perspective of your specific questions (and maybe notice other stuff you need to do, too).
