I also heard that there is a region in Greece when people live a very long life, and they say that it’s due to the herbs and olive oil.
I am still not crazy about the idea of having such a long life. I rather have a shorter life where my body and brain are working at least 70% or better. I mean, how many times I forget where I put things, so could you imagine how would I be by the time I am 100?

I believe the place people live the longer - have the longer life expectancy at least - is Okinawa.
These guys mostly eat local veggies and fish. No meat, no milk (except soy). And they walk a lot (that's what the article said).
Yes, i share your point of view on the age. Although i believe it depends on how well you age. I'd be happy to still be there at 80 if i'm still able to walk around, travel, etc...
I agree 80 sounds good, that gives me 36 years to go. Ummm that doesn't sound like a long time
Yesterday Oscar-winning actor Robin Williams was found dead at his home
He was 63 years old and one of the most popular actors on Earth. What distinguished him in many movies, was an indescribable aura of love and goodness, an inimitable way to fulfil the role.
"What Dreams May Come" (German Title: "Hinter dem Horizont") for me was one of the most wonderful movies of all time and will be remembered forever.
A movie about boundless love and perceptions of life after death.

Richard Kiel, legendary "James Bond" villain, known for his role of the steel-toothed Jaws, dies aged 74.
The moment, he felt in love in "Moonraker" (1:24), was really nice.
