I know Stargames (no UK players) offer a few games via Iframe, and so do Bellfruit Casino (UK players only). I have seen other novamatic games being pushed on facebook, but they looked like they were being hotlinked/hacked as they were promoting stargames!.....When I asked my stargames affiliate manager how they got the game code, I was ignored.
what do you mean by hacked?

Hi Plovix,
StarGames offers embedded to our affiliates. If you are an affiliate kindly contact your affiliate manager and they will provide you with the game(s) after a quick chat with you.
If you are not an affiliate please feel free to sign up and an assigned account manager would help you in this regard after finalising a few details with you.

Hi Andy Bonus,
I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in this regard. May I ask when did this take place?
If you PM me letting me know the details (your affiliate username, who did you try to speak to and when), I will then have some in contact with you on Monday giving you the games we have available.
Regards,
StarGames Affiliate Team
Hi BestNetEnt,
That's correct they are not licensed and they are considered illegal content.
Further to this, it goes against StarGames' Terms and Conditions when our affiliates use such illegal games.
We offer embedded games that are HTML5, packaged in an iframe or if one wants in a standalone URL link.
These games that StarGames offer are not only 100% legal as they are given by Novomatic, but an affiliate can acquire players through the game itself making it a great point of acquisition which leads to more commission
A note to all Affiliates: Check out StarGames Affiliates and get your 100% legal embedded games now. StarGames also just recently had a new website!
Regards,
StarGames Affiliate Team
Please refrain from offering or discussing hacked or unlicensed game code.
It is fairly clear that going through proper channels, such as Wazza has defined that affiliates can get the game code, as well as I am assuming support, to get the games to embed and run on your sites.

Sorry, but you are very clumsy. I meam your company.
Novomatic games is very popular in Russian & CIS markets. But 99% of Novomatic traffic at this markets get unlicensed casinos with fake novomatic soft.
And your "Free Embedded Games" is one of the reason. They are using flash technology (this is mean impossible to play on tablets and mobile) and affiliate must install it on they own server.
From the other side, unlicensed casinos, use maybe fake, but more user friendly software. They games are very easy to install, they use progressive HTML5 technology, you may play this games on tablets and mobile, and they load 10 times faster.
From law point of view, in Russian market it's not big different, do you use fake or original soft. Online gambling is illegal in both case
Hi moonlight cat,
With regards to to the technology you are referring to of flash and the fact that the affiliate downloads the game on to the server is true but something of past and this is why I stated that one should find out more info with as we have new formatgames. the embedded games I refer to are html5 and therefore can be used on any device. Thee is no need for download we offer this with a simple iframe link or standard url (depending on the affiliates preference).
I agree the past setup was very poor and this was the feedback we have to the game providers in which it is now addressed. If you like more information feel free to contact our affiliate managers
Its not a case of allowing but of that monitoring this activity is a task in itself.

Thanks Adam,
So since some operators offer the games in both flash and the better improved html5 format, there should be no reason that affiliates use games that are not authorized on their sites.

Hey Adam, there are plenty of sites ranking for Novomatic slot terms that use rubbish fake slots in place of content where the games aren't available for free play - these sites are promoting Star Games and Quasar - ie your brands. What's your policy on that? Are you ok with affiliates making copies of your games and using them as an acquisition tool?
Hi Jokerman99,
a) Correct, there are countless of sites offering such content - Hence why I mentioned its a task in itself and not as easy as one may think to be tackled
b) Quasar is not my brand and how they handle it is their thing - not my concern, not even the same company
c) Our policy is that we do not want affiliates to use this content and would expect them to use our games instead of fake games if they want to remain an affiliate with StarGames - However even though as explained earlier our embedded game solution is a new and improved version we still do not have all/ a lot of games yet (these need to be given by the game provider). Therefore until the game provider gives us more material it is challenging to penalize affiliates across the board when we do not tick all the boxes for them. If an affiliate is using the Book of Ra game then yes we would expect them to use a legal version of the embedded game. But for games of less popularity as we currently do not provide this we close an eye until this becomes available
d) Affiliates do not make the copied games they acquire them and place them on their site - For the situation to be countered its down to the game providers (NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech etc...) to go after the manufacturers of these pirated copies. But like in the movie industry which they experience the same issues its easier said than done
Hi Adam,
Thanks for clarifying. The main affiliate - you know the one I'm talking about - has about 20 sites with the games. In fact they do make the game copies themselves. You might know goldencavecasino - they also own that too, as well as their own free slot portals.
With regards to point B - lol - might not be the same company on paper but everyone knows Star/Quasar/Fantasia/Super Gaminator are all one and the same. I even know people who work in your office in Malta who are responsible for design and dev for all the casinos, not just Star or Quasar!
Appreciate the answers though. TYVM
Hi Jokerman,
Yes they are in the same office but brand each have their own KPIs own affiliate programs, own bosses (not event the same tool) and targets to achieve. As mentioned before I am not really concerned with the policies, operations, success of Quasar or the other brands as they are not my responsibility. Its like saying Louis Van Gaal the manager of Manchester United is ok with losing the league to Man. City because someone from Manchester still won the league - We all have our own agendas irrespective of the being in the same place.
As for the mentioned Affiliate, please note that each affiliate signs an agreement to us directly and independent from other affiliates. Therefore we tackle policies directly with that affiliate. However nonetheless thank you for raising your concerns regarding this wrong doing and these are well-noted.
Kind regards and many thanks!
Only that the money earned by Manchester United and Manchester City doesn't go to the same people. Sure you as an individual might have a different agenda to the AM for a sister brand that sits at the desk 1 minute walk away but that doesn't mean at the top the companies aren't the same.
Anyway, flogging a dead horse - hoping to see you guys release more legit games soon. GL.
