Default How Coral became from the best affiliate program to the worst

    Hi Guys,

i am not a fan of running with every **** to the forum, but sometimes there is a point where even the patient of me and my colleauges have a end.

We work since many years with Coral together, it worked always very good there and Coral was one of our best partners. There was always someone available to answer any questions or solve some smaller problems. Then some people changed to another position and the things started to become worse, but this is no comparison to that whats going on since the are with Ladbrokes together. This is the biggest mess we ever saw at one of our partners. This is all so far from a normal professional working relationship.

    1. We did not get paid since 3 months. Only few hundred dollar so thanks good not so much. Also there is missing some revenue of a player since 3 months what we also complaint many times and asked to fix it. Nothing happen!

2.Sending emails and asking for sending urgently some documents back, which we never have received. Writing stuff about closing our account

3.If you write an email to the affiliate team it will be just ignored and there will be no answer. I do not know how many emails we wrote already!

4.Affiliate Managers does not exist anymore since months. We have received one email from a person who told us she is our new affiliate manager. To be honest that looked very good but when we contacted this person who wrote us the email, she told she is not our account manager and making only casino and bingo. She gave us an email and skype of one guy who can help us. We wrote an email yesterday(24h ago) no answer yet. In Skype he did not add us.

We wrote another email to Neil today, cause my colleauge was shortly in contact with him and he postet also here in GPWA. No answer yet but another email with the request to send some datas and information to them. I dont know why, because all the information are inside our Affiliate Account and we have sent it already, but fine we did it again.

Our patient is now over and we are tired of writing emails and get no response. We decided now that we will finish the partnership with Coral end of this week if nobody will be in touch with us and solve different issues. We try since 3-4 months to get in touch with the affiliate team with the goal to promote and push them. We have the opportunity to push the traffic so much as in the past, but they do not understand it or just do not care.

The brands and the name are very good and big. But with such a behavior it is impossible to work successful together. Maybe the only problem is just that they are not organized..... dont know.

    Thats our story!

    Hi Jambo,

I can deeply understand your disappointing and the fact, that you of all people goes online in a forum is really a final sign, that there is something wrong with that people.

Sometimes small details speaks louder than a chorus of whistles.

    Look only at their terms.
Officially they have a no-negative-carryover policy, but is this claim real in reality?

Obviously not, because Coral - with intent? - installed a backdoor into their terms, a rubber-term, so that - depending on the occasion - there is negative carryover or not.

    4. REPORTS & PAYMENTS

    [...]

4.2. [...] In the event that Referral Commissions in any calendar month are a negative amount, we shall be entitled (but not obliged) to carry forward and set-off such negative amount against all future Referral Commissions until any such negative balance is set-off in full. We shall also be entitled (but not obliged) to “zero” the negative balance that would otherwise be carried forward.

If you are not productive enough or too rebellious, if they simply don't like your first name, then they are "entitled [...] to carry forward [...] Referral Commissions".

Is this really a pure no-negative-carryover term?
No, following the written words, it isn't.
The terms in that status include a clear negative-carryover possibility term, and the people should be informed about that.

If this term is there by accident, then it should be removed within 72 hours or within 5 minutes, what can proven be done.

    Leopold
