That's an informative and helpful article. Cheers.

I've been focusing more on SEO lately. To me, it's the most important factor, coupled with search engine marketing (SEM). It's not how hard you work, but how smart you go about actually doing it. That's something I learned the hard way unfortunately, as once Google sandboxed me and it was such a pain getting out of it.

Very true! Also, even though everyone keeps talking about how important it is to post as much as possible, we also think that even though the frequency of posting matters, it's also more about the approach you choose, as opposed to the quantity. Quality is key, and as you said you must be smart about it.

    Hey Maria!

Thanks a lot for sharing this!

I think newbies on forum must read it as they always have lots of questions about SEO.

And you know we were focusing only on SEO before but now we think it's time to turn to other marketing opportunities too. As complex strategies always work better.

I agree. It is tightly worded and informative post.

It clearly outlines the major points of SEO.

It should be the first thing a newbie reads before they jump into writing.

    Hi there!

Curious to hear your thoughts. What are your go-to channels/platforms/strategies for someone who works in B2B and does it differ much from the channels that B2C companies have been using?

We think that with the big number of restrictions in the gambling industry (for instance difficulties in social media advertising), SEO optimisation is definitely something to consider.

True! SEO can be intuitive, but one definitely needs to know the basics. Even if a company can't afford to have SEO specialists (or that isn't a priority), writers should definitely keep in mind the points as outlined in the article.

Thanks for your comment! We're glad that you enjoyed the read!

Well, I would say with the latest Google updates it seems like SEO is going a bit in favor of newbies. Of course you have to cover all your on-page bases and do your best to optimize with everything sounding naturally in your articles, but at least the weight of links has started decreasing a bit which is the hardest part and most time/money consuming for a newbie.
