Who should I ask to support me deleting one of my old posts?

You can try messaging Rick/universal4. Though Rick will probably see this post and reach out anyway.
just edit it

The member was emailed a few days ago when he contacted us privately about this previously, but he had not seen the email.
We are in contact with him.

I can confirm that we are in touch with GPWA staff regarding this issue.
Although I understand their motives it feels a bit like intellectual theft not to be able to remove (edit) my own publications. They need to clearly explain that all you publish on GPWA forum becomes their property. I am quite disappointed

I suspect you'd have a hardish time arguing that in a court after having freely made the post in the first place!
You have the right to be forgotten with all your personal data removed, although still not sure how that would apply to archived posts you made. That would be an extreme way to handle it though.
Everyone at GPWA are sensible and I hope you will be able to find a solution to that post that works for both parties.
https://www.dietistaktuellt.com/terms_of_use.asp it's in the GPWA terms of us, specifically:
Content
GPWA becomes sole-owner of any and all posts made within the Site. Except in certain cases, WE DO NOT DELETE any information provided within the forums. By posting within the Site, you understand that anything you post will remain. If you have any doubt about what you are posting, DON'T POST! You represent and warrant that you either own or have the necessary rights in the contents or materials placed in the Site, to grant GPWA and other users of the Site the rights and licenses contained herein. In no case shall you "cut and paste" any content from GPWA, Verbatim, at any time.
I'm quite surprised your a Private GPWA Member BUT obviously did NOT read the ToS before joining
If you don't read this stuff it's no one's error other than your own.
I joined GPWA in 2009 when all this staff was just a hobby for me. And, maybe I am wrong, but I have certain memories that at that time it was possible edit or delete posts.
Anyway, a few people already explained to me that I am obviously very stupid to believe that posts on forums and social media should be property of their authors to manage them however they find suitable. I will not argue more on this...
Not stupid, just an error. We all make mistakes. Although some can grow and become a bigger issue.
Did you manage to get access to edit it, as Sherlock suggested some time back?

I think we can all say things in the heat of the moment and without thinking. Most often you realise that at the point where you can still edit, or halfway through when you think "no, this isn't necessary/a good idea".
"all posts made within the Site. Except in certain cases"
Very likely the GPWA team applied sensible judgment to this request, as I would hope (and anticipate) they would in any similar request made by any member.
