Default Hope you guys took me seriously - pay me

After I made a few emails that were quite clear I want to be extra clear here in the c planet gpwa forum.

You are to close my account and pay what is owed. I have not received any email confirming my last request and my affiliate account remains open. perhaps you felt I was joking or not serious.

Close the account and pay what is owed.

    Thank you.

    Hello Pumacat,
C-Planet has a minimum payout of $200. You have an open balance under this threshold that's actually had some action in the last month. When you reach the $200 threshold, this will automatically create an invoice for us to pay and we can send out a payment. This is t&c has never changed - its been in our terms since c-planet opened and our terms are approved with affiliate guard dog as fair and not predatory. Closing the account would be problematic for making such a payment once your players hit the threshold, as these revenues can't track on a deleted account.

    Best,
    C-Planet

I have no intention to ever promote C planet again so what seems to be the issue? Are you saying here that the money no matter how small will not be paid out due to the minimum payout policy even if I no longer wish to be affiliated with c planet? Because you could have explained that in the emails. But I'm glad everybody here at gpwa is now aware of how the program functions.

Regardless of whatever issue you have with C-Planet, it's perfectly reasonable for them to stick to the agreement you made at the time you joined, including the $200 minimum payout.

Term. The term of this Agreement will begin upon your acceptance to the Affiliate Program and will end when terminated by either Party. At any time, either Party may immediately terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, by giving the other Party written notice of termination, where such notice may be served via fax or e-mail. We reserve the right to withhold your final payment for a reasonable time to ensure that the correct amount is paid. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will immediately cease use of, and remove from Your Site, all Links and Licensed Materials and any other names, marks, symbols, copyrights, logos, designs, or other proprietary designations or properties owned, developed, licenses or created by us and/or provided by or on behalf of us to you pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with the Affiliate Program. Following the termination of this Agreement and our payment to you of all commissions due at such time of termination, we shall have no obligation to make any further payments of commissions to you.
Perhaps I am not understanding your reply, however, according to the terms, either party can request the agreement to be terminated and money owed be paid out. There is no mention of the minimum amount having to be achieved. Common sense says that if a party wishes to terminate an agreement then any money owed should be paid, regardless of the amount.

Thanks guys, good point Jarvi. Judy, I want to close the account because they just don't work for me. They do not covert well at all. One of the lowest I have ever seen in all my years. When I started the revamp of gamblingwhore I decided I was gonna clean the trash casinos that were just taking up space and possibly causing others to not get the players. Reviewing the stats for cplanet I see they are awful.

Here are the general stats since Jan 2010

    Clicks - 492
    Downloads - 19
    Sign ups - 6
    New depositors - 2
    Earnings - 92.88

Thats since Jan 2010 and I know I don't have huge amounts of traffic but these stats are just nuts IMO.

So I decided to cut them and remove from the site. The players that did play don't deposit anymore so why keep it open.
