help please

Hi
For some reason I cannot log into my account, I tried the "forgot password" feature but it keeps taking me back to the main log in page. I emailed you guys yesterday but still no answer...

We are busy upgrading our affiliate reporting system so the site has been down for a while. Please be assured that everything is still tracking perfectly though, and that the improved affiliate site will be up and running shortly. It is strange that you have not received a reply to your email as we always answer all the emails that we receive - just to clarify our email address is [email protected] and if you still don’t hear back from us please contact me on msn: [email protected]. We have also sent out various emails to affiliates explaining the situation so if there are any affiliates reading this that have not received these emails, you are probably unsubscribed from the affiliate emails or we have the wrong details for you. If that is the case, please email us with your correct details so that we can be sure that you receive vitally important information within the next few days.

I also didn't receive any notification, and I definitely didn't unsubscribe, and you have my correct details...

In fact I've never received a single email from PKR other than the registration email that I received in May 2008, so there was nothing for me to unsubscribe from... Is it possible that some affiliates have not been subscribed automatically to your mailing list?

I am not on MSN often, I still can't get in, I've emailed several times, can you please PM me so we can get this sorted?

According to my knowledge it is not possible to just get unsubscribed. Please pm me your PKR username and email address so that I can double check your details and get this sorted for you ASAP.
