Given that your post history mostly consists of "PM please" and you only have 15 posts in the last 4 years, I doubt anyone is going to be sending you money up front for this service. There's just no basis to believe you are legit from what I can see. I tell you this not to be a dick, but so that you can appropriately adjust your pitch and possibly gain some business.
