Default GPWA Seal of Approval Down?

Hi I wasn't sure if this is the correct Forum to report this but upon checking the GPWA Seal of Approval on a couple of sites, I am receiving this error:

    ---

    The connection was reset

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    ---

Don't believe this is network related as is happening from at least 2 locations.
Hope you guys can fix and get our seals up and running again soon if this is something on your end...

    Cheers,
    Luke.
    Kind regards,

I dropped the seal display after the javascript hack last time - the one that was redirecting traffic away with a popup.
Was that fixed? Is this problem related?

Yes, the javascript hack was fixed. This problem was indirectly related to that issue. In order to fix the hack we migrated serving the seals to a different server - one that we had built from scratch and that was a very hardened server. At the time we only had the hardware to do this for a single server, so we had a single resource primarily serving seals, and opposed to the pair of servers we had before. Over the weekend there was a problem with that server, and the backup server we did have in place did not spring into action as would normally be the case.

Several weeks ago I reported that we were purchasing some new servers to bring additional capacity to the GPWA websites and improve performance. Two of those new servers are now installed and fully configured, and we currently anticipate migrating the serving of seals to these new hardened servers tomorrow, at which time we will be back to a fully redundant load-balanced seal server configuration.

Improving the performance. Love such news!
I remember one non-gambling forum from Australia. They had terrible hosting and the whole site was down every few hours.
It was hard to meet people there as this forum started loosing audience and visitors, due to "invisibility" on the net.
Pity, as this was successfull forum, some time ago.

Just a quick note in this thread to say we have now completed the migration of the seal application to the new servers.
