Same as last month I am afraid.
€30 dissapeared yesterday and a further 73 has dissapeared today.
I advise everyone to check their stats for last month as no doubt it will be affecting you too.

I checked and quite some money less than last time I've checked. It seems there's every month something and no communication until some affiliates notice it.
IA en issues seem to be like mosquitos and water.
Pretty sure it is the 3rd month in a row for me but the first time I didn't note the data so couldn't be sure.
Funny none of my other IA programs have this issue.
It seems that the stats of 21.11 - 28.11 are party lost, however, they were published some days ago. Hence they were published but now gone. What happened?

Hi!
Yes, it unfortunately happened again, but we saw it directly.
We will be sorting this asap and make sure that all payments are correct before sending any payments.
Best regards,
Jacob"

Good morning all!
Regarding the missing data.
I will just lay out all the cards for you.
We discovered missing data for one day, the 24th of November, already on the 2nd of December.
Since it was discovered so early, and only covered one day, we decided to sort the missing data with Income Access, fast.
The data should have been implemented last night, between the 4th and 5th of December, since the 2nd and 3rd was a weekend.
However, something went wrong and instead data for all our brands (Rizk, Guts and Betspin) disappeared from the system. Affected dates are between the 21st and the 28th of November.
Naturally, we will be sorting this as fast as we can, and all earnings and data, will be returned to normal, before the payments are done.
Before any payments are processed we will ensure that all data is in place, for every single day of the month of November.
Rest assured that the data is intact, it just needs to be reimported again!
We are very sorry for this issue, yet again, and we are hoping that moving forward, we will not experience this issue again.
Sorry for any inconvenience, and thanks for your patience.
Best regards,
Jacob

If you do not check hash totals when the data import is complete you or Income access are either careless or manually editing the data sets.
Personally I do not trust income access nor netrefer.
Build your own tracking / reporting software.
Just saying
Is it the software that is the problem or is it the affiliate program?
IncomeAccess: The only two IA programs I have seen regular issues with are ActiveWins and GIG.
Netrefer: some programs show more stats than others, however this is the choice of the program, not anything to do with Netrefer.
Netrefer: some programs update stats in the middle of the night EU time, some (Cruise, Will Hills for example) update at some random point between 10:30am CET and 1pm CET, as if the previous days stats have to be manually approved or rejected (in Hills case). In the case of BringIt a registration shows up in one place on the same day but only the next day do they show everywhere.
MyAffiliates: my personal preferance as all the stats are available and they update regularly over the course of the day so a new player, new depositer can often show up within a few minutes of real time. There are of course exceptions like Wagerjoint who choose to hide the deposit stats and whose stats do not update like some others.
Bet365 & PokerStars software (can't remember the name of it): Waste of time, so unreliable and lacking data.
Custom Software: Video Slots have their own afiliate software, there are a few others with their own too.
Point being: It doesn't matter what software a program uses, if they want to shaft us they will, no matter what. There's loopholes in any software.
