GiG IA Serious Stats issues - Not calculating Revshare % for players & CPA Earnings

Heya all.

Just letting all of you guys know of this issue. We´ve been in contact about this issue since July of this year but nothing seems to happen. Maybe it´s the fault of IA , i don´t know but we are tired of this. I would like this to be solved ASAP and this might affect many of you guys as it affected one affiliate friend of ours as well when i mentioned it to him.

We´ve had a affiliate account on GiG since 2017. We´ve sent bunch of people to Rizk since then. I´m talking quite big numbers here.

In July , i was just having a look on the player deposits and overall value that we have with the players on Rizk when something caught my attention: The total revshare of the player had been calculated for the player but our % of the player was 0.00€.So basically , system calculated the total revshare for the player but we got 0% share and 0.00€ of the revenue. I went over the deposits and customer list and saw that there are insane amount of players that have the same issue so we receive 0% / 0.00€ commission from the revshare of these players.

I went over the registration dates of the players and there were players that had been registered on 2017/2018 and the revshare % had not been calculated for these players. So i have no idea if we´ve gotten the revshare for these players since 2017 / 2018. I went over the reports for July, June , May , April and March of 2019 and the issue was apparent in all of these months. I have no idea how back this goes. This does not affect a few players of ours but hundreds.

This issue is not apparent as i basically just saw the issue by pure luck when pulling out the account report and then going one by one the customers in July when i saw this issue. I highly recommend you guys to pull up a account reports for one month example and check if there are revshare calculation %´s missing from your players.

I told about this issue to one of my affiliate friends and after they checked the account, these guys had missed thousands of euro´s worth of commissions because of this. They calculated these manually which is crazy.

Another issue we have is that the CPA´s are not calculated also. We basically have to manually calculate these ourselves and then invoice these separate. This is not too bad but not too cool as well and no way we are going to be calculating the missing revshare earnings ourselves manually.

GiG / Rizk is a really important account for us and the brand is great so i hate to see this happen. I hate to seek help from here but it seems it might be the only way as i have no idea what is the hold up and what is going on. The ticket has been open since July at IA but this just keeps going. We´ve paused the brakes on promoting Rizk as this issue goes and and we would like to continue pushing the brand but this makes it really hard.

Bumping this up , issue still going on. No word from GIG. Think this is a big , possibly wide issue , that should be seen by people

Try reaching out to Mark directly, some how his post above went into the mod que and was missed, so was not seen.

Income Acess - issues always on the run with them. It does not matter is it efbet, GIG or any other.

Very sad song. My advise - use bet365 , 1xbet or any other bookies with in-house made software.

From 3rd party provider, I only recommend - My Affiliates.
